| I actually like time trials as they normally pose more of a challenge, though I found the ones on Prototype kind of stressful. Hopefully these are a challenge, but doable for the average gamer (or at least nearly) |

| Why?!? Just bought this game on Black Friday, and I wasn't expecting time trial DLC. Why do dumbass developers add stuff like this to a great single player story-based game? Why add DLC that has nothing to do with why people originally bought the game? It's like Moxxi's Underdome DLC for Borderlands, there was no reason for it because it had nothing to do with the original game. I was hoping for some story-based DLC, adding actual content to the game, not BS time trials or horde mode crap. Developers just don't have a clue anymore. |

| @11, Developers just don't have a clue anymore? This is Bethesda! Of course they have a clue. It is reasonably priced, probably good gameplay on offer here. The story based DLC will come later, be patient. Which would you prefer, honestly. Great Story-Based DLC that takes a while, or Terrible Story-Based DLC that is just thrown together to make quick cash. I'd rather wait. Just because it's not for you, dosn't mean it's not for everyone. I personally probably won't like it but I will at least try it before complaining. |

| @13 But why take a great story-based game and bring out cheesy "time trial" DLC for it? It's like adding a horde mode to Dead Island, which pissed me off. That game was 100% story and co-op fun then they added that arena crap. That is not knowing what fans want, because I guarantee most of us don't want this. We want story based stuff, and I'm willing to wait for it like in Skyrim. If it takes a year to bring out 2 great story based DLCs I'll wait it out, don't force this crap on people when 90% plus don't want it even tho some will buy it to try to have a complete game. |

I think these might actually be fun.
I hate Time Trials that are ridiculously strict and rely on perfection (Mirror's Edge, lord have mercy), but I'm looking forward the "Kill this target without being seen" trials. |

Another game that wants to take the aspect people don't care about (AC3 mulyiplayer) and add DLC plus achievements for that aspect.

I'm not usually a fan of challenge/time trial dlc. I feel it cheapens the experience a bit. There was a reason why you were doing things in the game, there is no point to this.
On the other hand, it's cheap, and it might be fun for 5 mins.
On the plus side, 2x pieces of Story based DLC next year? Count me in 100%. |
