I'd use this at parties / family at xmas etc for sure. Sure the wife would aswell when it comes to a girls night in with too.

| #3 have you ever been to a karaoke place? The prices vary on the place but they can turn out to be expensive if you also gets drinks or whatever they serve there. If you're home with a group of people who want to do some karaoke and have a small party. They can get the drinks and save money and save money and gas from going to a karaoke place |

So because Singstar and 'shit' exist, which you have to pay for, this should be free. I'm failing to see the logic behind that.
OT: It really depends how much they charge. 100MS points for 2 hours would actually be understandable, imho, as if you're having a party or a night in with your mates with a couple of beers, the XBL equivalent of 80 pence is nothing compared to the returns (Laughing at peoples horrendous singing ;P).
...Although more than likely the price will be more than that... -___-

| I used to throw a lot of karaoke parties. I would probably pay $10 for a 6 hour block if the game was good and had a good selection. Problem is that most the songs are always dated by the time they hit consoles. |

| I don't know why people are so opposed to this! I think it's a fantastic idea, but considering I've invested a lot of money into Rockband already, that would suit me as it is, but for everyone else, this should be a blast! Even hiring out karaoke equipment for parties can cost you, so this is bound to be cheaper overall. And who doesn't like karaoke?!! :D |

@6 So the developers of this shouldn't be paid for their work because there are other games similar to it already? What do you do for a living? I'm pretty sure there are people who do the same job as you. Maybe you should work for free because there are other people and shit out there that do the same job.
Don't see why people are complaining about this, it's OPTIONAL. That means no one is forcing you to get this or play it. |

| Depends on the songs available. There weren't many decent Lips downloadable tracks once ya got the discs. If they have a good selection it could be good for a laugh. And i hope the lips mics will work with it too |

| I think this would have to be a free game or an app. It doesnt make sense to pay for a game that you have to pay again every time you use it. Unless it comes with a couple of free hours when you download it. But I'm sure everyone involved will make plenty of money off this only charging for the time it gets used. With 8000 songs I'm sure this will do good. |

This is awesome for those hosting parties. Reasonable prices in my opinion are:
2 Hours - 160MPS
6 Hours - 440MSP
24 hours 880MSP
Hell those prices may even be cheaper. Also though for stating £1 is too much for 2 hours. Go to a pub that does karaoke you'll get one-two songs if you're lucky in 3-4 hours where I am, that's like 8 pints in that time? 8 Pints where I am = £2.50 per pint = £20 + 2 songs + tipsy. With this you could do 4-5 songs in 2 hours (depending on amount of people) Buy a create or two of beer, be extremely pissed and you'd get more for your money. It'll be licensed music too

| The only thing I miss from my Playstation days is Singstar, Lips was ok but limited to song choice, with 8000 tracks to choose from it would be very difficult to find something to murder. Nothing says party more than badly sung karaoke after copious amounts of alchohol. My neighbours will be pleased LOL |
