I mentioned this before on the Deal of the Week, but Target is having 1600 Microsoft points for $10. I see it as significant and noteworthy because retailers almost never discount MS points.
For American gamers this is great, because you can take Target's sales add to most other retailers like Wal-Mart and get it price matched. Not so good for our foreign friends. However I'm still thinking one can get someone to purchase the cards in the US and send them the codes or order them online from Target. |

| Cheap Ass Gamer also has a pretty extensive listing of deals from various stores. Dishonored is half price ($25-$30) at a few places, so I'm definitely going to try to pick it up. |

Unfortunately, Black Friday is the only time of year when NO stores will do price matching...
That would eliminate any competition on that day with other stores.
Why go to Target when you could just go to Walmart? |

Many years ago we used to have a thing called the January sales here in the uk, they would start straight after new year holidays finished, people would camp out the high street shops days in advanced to get the big bargains for pretty much next to nothing (1st few through the door could get something worth several hundred bucks for only 20), there used to big queues for these sales but theses days the sales start on boxing day and never offer anything worth queuing up for, most shops up the price a month or 2 before hand then reduce them for the sales so in the end you don't get much of a bargain.
So yeah, we in the uk bitch about black Friday because we just don't get anything close to it. |

I work at toysrus and most people need to learn the fine print. Yeah it is $99 with 2 years live subscription.. live costing $14.99 a month, so $320 altogether normally, or $450 for this "deal".. people are getting SCREWED |
