@2 SEGA apparently tried to get funding for Bayonetta 2 from Sony & Miicrosoft but Nintendo was the only one to bite.
Nintendo is actually funding the development themselves so of course its gonna be WiiU only. |

| @4 I've heard that, but its still a tad disappointing that it wont be out on the 360 and Ps3 as well. I understand why, but considering it is one of my favourite games, I'm just a little upset that I wont get to play it for a while (no money for a wiiu). Saying that, I'm glad its in development, and that its at least getting a sequel. |

For me, this is kinda funny because, MadWorld was Wii-excclusive, but Jack is in this, and now Bayonetta 2 is Wii U exclusive. So two characters who will be playable only on Wii/U are featured in tgis game, YET, neither Wii nor Wii U are getting the game. Maybe a port will come down the road, but I just find it funny.
@#5 I doubt anyone else bid on it. |

Only $30? Hmm... depending on how the mechanics work, I may very well have to get this.
Also, @14: There is a sequel; Bayonetta 2 on the Wii U. Hoping it'll turn out well, but I have yet to play the original myself.
And as a precursor to any comment saying "it'll suck because it's on the Wii U", it could turn out poorly on any system; there have been enough bad games on all current gen systems that resorting to "lolz wii" or "rofl ps3" or whatever is pretty much guaranteeing you're a fanboy of one system or another, and a prime indicator that you can't, or won't, see anything as decent beyond what little scope you allow.
That, and thinking it's a good or bad game ultimately boils down to personal opinion, so assuming it's terrible because of the platform it's released on is really just denying oneself the option of another potentially fun game to play. |
