| Or just spend 1700 points and be in exactly the same spot. |

| Microsoft is being really dodgy about the game titles that apply for the promotion. If you head to the forums some people are compiling a list with quite a few confirmed titles that apply for the promotion. |

| How about microsoft hop onto the playstation network and just have a look at what you get being a playstation plus member. Then go make some more appealing promotions. |

Sucky part of all this is that the amount you have to spend in the first place is getting higher and higher while the refund is staying about the same. The superhero deal a couple of months back was the best you spend 800 or more and get back 300. Got the harley's revenge with that one. MS really needs to look at what PSN+ and Steam does. Better deals, massive sales and not just the same 5 brands over and over. |

Just a quick warning regarding this offer: I'm signed up for XBLR (have been since the start) & last week got Walking Dead ep4 & Resi 4 - purchases totalling 2180msp & havent had any points put back into my account yet. Walking Dead is named as eligible (as is Resi 5) and when I did a search of marketplace for "horror" it brought up Resi 4 so surely it is also eligible for the promotion. I have posted on the xbl forum regarding this but so far no answer from anyone. |

| When those guys at Microsoft realize us gamers actualy just want to buy stuff of their marketplace because we want it instead just trowing our precious MSP out on some stuff we don,t need? To be totaly honest the large amounth of arcade games they put out there just isn,t worth the amount of MSP (some do) And as long they charge us actualy more for their games on demand then we would pay in a gamestore (used) If anyone at Microsoft can give me a proper answer why on gods earth games on demand cost more on there then a full retail copy with dvd cover, booklet and disk at any given shop then i would be truly excited, but sinds they can,t and i not see the point why i pay like 29 euro,s for an old game on demand while in the gamestore the same game i can get for 10 euro. Last but not least, and i,m sure anyone in europe will agree here, if anyone ever took a look the american dashboard and marketplace, they will instant notice they get alot more stuff then us, what basicly comes to the point that we pay the same but get less. Nice going MS ;) |

@6 My favourite PSN deal was the one where they lost my credit card details but gave me Infamous and LBP for free. |

| #14 To correct you the dude is right about that. As much i,m aware that this is an xbox360 site its no crime to admit PSN actualy awards plus member (whats basicly the same as being a gold member on xbox live) and its true, here you get a shitload of goodies, games and much other stuff and you somehow feel rewarded being a plus member, while on xbox live being a gold member means almost nothing. If gamers enjoy being fooled by those kinda rewards MS is setting us with then so be it, but again there is nothing wrong to have a look on other consoles and see what they reward gamers with joining their plus memberships. So no need to start trolling or being sarcastic that other consoles giving gamers more for the same price ;) Yes you heared that one right! Xbox Gold 12 months 59,99 euro, PSN Plus 12 months 59,99 euro. |

| Don't think I'm not an xbox guy either people, I own like maybe 8 ps3 games (not including what I got for joining playstation +) compared to over 180 xbox 360 games (not including arcade games)I just dont understand why we don't get rewarded properly and I really think microsoft could learn from sony's deals. |

| @12 If you read the T&C's of the offer it says points will show as pending within 96 hours - they just wont be paid in till the 15th Nov. Its over a week and there's no sign of them pending on my account at xblr |

| @17 not sure how my comment could be considered 'trolling'. Most times I go to the PS Store it is down for maintenance, and it always lasts way long than they say it will. Prime example it went down at 1pm on Monday and was supposed to be back up by 2am. checked at 4am and still offline. and that was just to update the store. pretty sure I don't get the same thing on xbla. |

| @17 i didn,t meant you in particular, just mentioned it to those that start thinking i,m a PS3 guy just happen to jump in here ;) I don,t know about the maintenance stuff, but when i log in its always working, besides if they do that to make PSN more save i have no problem with that. Point is and stays is the fac as a Plus member on PSN gamers actualy do get properly rewarded for signing up for plus, free games, freebies, themes, avatars ect, just to name a few. Not get me wrong here i play only on my PS3 for those exclusive ones like Uncharted and games like that, so i,m def more of a regular xbox360 user. But still can,t deny the fact when i get on PSN i think wow they get all that and what do we get for being gold member? In short, not much realy. I know the its always been an inside battle between PSN and xbox live users but a fact is a fact as an MS gold member we get shafted most of the times, even with those fancy dashboard updates they trow on every now and then. |

| LOL @6 & #8 Well I already knew about over a week ago, but peeps running this site would rather play games than report on them (wouldn't we all LOL). And I also do agree that PSN is spoiling me senseless. I pick up maybe 25% of games they have for free and it's still enough to beat my Gold subscription which in my eyes is only ability to play with buddies online... |
