| I played this games while at pax this year, and I am getting this for sure on thursday when i get paid. However the 3d thing I found while playing it makes it harder to aim, But they did have you standing about 2 feet away from the screen so Im guessing its better in a normal sitting distance. |

Final Doom wasn't developed by id at all. All the games in this collection were (Doom II: No Rest for the Living was co-developed by them and Nerve Software). Why would Final Doom (or Doom 64 for that matter) be in this collection if ID DEVELOPED Doom games? |

Not sure how it is in your area, but here best buy is doing 50% bonus trade in. Says ill get 24 for RE6 on app. So 36 all together. So ya paying like 7-8 bucks roughly

That is pretty funny that they are giving away Rage like that. Might raise the profile of a very good (but slightly flawed) game that was largely overlooked by the masses. |

That's one mechanic that made dooom what it is, can't believe they would take away pleasure of playing that way... | Already pre-ordered, can't wait for doom 3 bfg but got to wait for the friday release date. Hopefully after this comes out Doom 4 trailer is teased hopefully or at least sometime after the game. |

| Shipping with only 600G on the disc was just stupid. They could have done 1000G for this since the other 2 games would be considered DLC items and show up as different played games. It's like I had 400G for this game years before it's release - just dumb. |

#23 no I disagreed it not dumb. This is understandable reason why 600G is because 400G for classic Doom games. That ok you can check achievements list and you load each classic Doom games and put it under Doom 3 achievement list section to make 1000G from look and mind. :):)
For example:
Doom 3: BFG Edition or Doom 3 (whichever those will be name on gamerscore list) - 600G
Doom 2 - 200G
Doom - 200G
In your gamerscore section. :D
That no problem with me if they separate. It's not dumb.
Cannot wait for this game so much and game is now posted by shopto.net (late afternoon yesterday) so I should have by Thursday morning. :) |

switching between the flashlight n gun was one of the best bits!!
would be nice if there was an option to play it like that,,
also checkpoints... hope you can save manually,,
