I think i'll pass this one. all the mob skin (except pigmen) don't look that good and i haven't played any of the games except L4D2.
Still off topic but, Microsoft please! return the game from cert test today.

| You all act like the skins update prevents them from putting out the 1.8 update... it's not that major of a thing besides deciding what skins to add. Keep in mind as well it's not Mojang behind this, it's 4J Studios, and they have to port all the code over from Java to C++. But please, continue ranting about how you'd rather have the update than more skin variety despite one not limiting the other from being released. |

| The next Update is already in Microsoft Cert testing and has been for the past week. Instead of people just sitting here complaining and asking when its coming out just look it up, 4j studios on twitter have always put up news on all the stuff they are doing. |

I kind of like the skins that are coming out. I didn't like the last skin pack at all, Viva Pinata kind of just ruined the skin pack when I saw it was included. The skins I won't like in this pack is the Awesomenauts.
However on another topic everyone is bringing up is the update. I can't wait for it either, I saw that 4J Studios tweeted 5 or so hours ago that they were waiting to hear word from Microsoft in Redmound about the update's examination. |

Bugger, saw minecraft in the title and got excited, thinking 1.8.2 was out TT_TT -hopes are shattered again-
On topic, this has been general knowledge for about 4ish days, as far as what the skins will include.
Just a little longer for the new version :3 should be out of it's testing phase any day now, or going back into fix major bugs, either way, we'll at least hear something any day now. |

@15, the update is complete, it's just in testing with Microsoft atm, we're not waiting for it to be ported, it's done, unless there's some major bugs. It's been done for nearly 2 weeks, to be honest, I think this skin pack is something they're giving out to show they're still working with the game, it wouldn't take all that long to code the skin packs, hell, they would set up a personal customization editor for them self's, and wala, done.
We may even get that in the future, though they're currently holding back due to legal issues. |
