| This makes me nervous. The season pass is a steep investment but should give the comfort I'd be getting all DLC, but "We will have other, non-season pass related DLC," could overkill a good thing. The game's great, and new content is nothing to knock back, but I'd hate to be looking back at Borderlands 2 and think 'the additional content was equivalent to the game's release price'. |

| I'm planning on getting the season pass but if these new classes are part of the "non season pass DLC" then I'm probably gonna pass on them unless they have achievements. |

I joined in this Q&A on Kotaku - it was so cool to see how nice a guy Randy is, and how much he just loves gaming like the rest of us! OT: By this point, the 'shut up and take my money' gif totally applies. I'll buy anything for this game other than new skins (skins just aren't my thing). I already have the season pass, so extra classes are more than welcome to add replayability and give even more choice. Can't wait! :D |

| @5 - season pass is for the main DLCs. 'Main' being story add-ons, not minor stuff like extra characters. You already get 3 for the price of 4 with it, so you're already saving money by buying it! :D |

| I think its a good idea if they make good on there statement about all the season pass DLC being on the scale of Knoxx's Armory your already getting big returns on your investment. Besides I constantly see people saying things on the forums like 'man I wish I had my old Tank or Lilith' this is the opportunity for them to bring those classes styles back in one form or another. |

@#3 - The Season Pass is only half the cost of the full game, which is massive. If the 4 DLC included are all along the lines of The Secret Armory of General Knoxx, then that almost constitutes a second game - for only $30. @#14 - I see a lot of CoD, Tom Clancy and Gears of War on your game list, all of which have lots of completed achievements. You can't tell me those games aren't all about the guns - and none of them are about looting. :D And I also see that Deus Ex: Human Revolution, which isn't about the guns, lies largely untouched. So what, exactly, is your point? I also see you've never played Borderlands at all, so the humor in the "Guns, guns, guns ...and looting" ad might have fallen flat with you. You should give it a go, especially since you can get the GOTY of the first game for a song. |

@#1 You'll be waiting for a while longer then LOL I will most likely buy all the DLC (or season pass as it is) when it's discounted. I already forked out $100 on the version of game I have and with latest trend of discounting DLC and season passes before all of the content for them is even out, it might not take long=) |

I'm the type to wait for new releases to lower in price and buy then focusing on GOTY versions, but I made a day 1 purchase exception for this game. No regrets. 1. Gearbox is local to me, and I feel a sense of pride supporting local developers who take the time to do things like the video for the fan of theirs who died etc. 2. I bought all Borderlands 1 items at full price and don't mind the extra space it takes on my HD. 3. Lvl 14 gunzerker so far, and I can't wait to try the other classes. 4. I'm going to pick up the season pass, but I won't be butthurt if more classes are involved but not included. |

| I bought the season pass and I have no problems if they release additional characters and such that aren't included. According to them each add-on is going to be just as big, if not bigger, than General Knoxx, the largest add-on for Borderlands. That alone is well worth the price of the season pass. |

just bought this from asda for £34 and got the mechromancer with it, thought that was for pre orders only? this pre order stuff is BS they said the same for the map you got with skyrim, i didn pre order that either and got the same map, and with BF3, pre order to get limited edition........you have to try really hard to find a version of bf3 that isnt a limited edition just a bit bemused about all this pre order stuff |

| I love the large campaign DLC ideas, but I really can't agree with the fact that the new characters WON'T be part of the pass. The Mechromancer is already $10, and 3 more characters after that will be another $30. Come on Gearbox, you're better than that. We're gamers. Not astrophysicists. |

for those of you interested. i was at walmart. they have an exclusive there. you buy BL2 & bet BL1 with it. so thats only 30.00 a game :) as for the dlc discussion. i use to be a fan of it. now though, at current prices, i'm opposed to it. i would rather have a physical copy of a game than digital. this is mostly due to how MS does there drm. its a pain, when my xbox rods, to have to do a data transer & redownload all my stuff. now i've been with xbox since the original. so i have ALOT of content on my harddrive. i have a 120gig hd so space is an issue too. i find dlc to be overpriced for the most part. if it wasnt i have not enough space to store stuff. keep in mind i need to install games too. thanks to MS rushing the 360 to market. so i perfer discs. so i can install/uninstall them. |

| Don't really like the idea of new characters added later - how many time do they expect us to start a new game just to use post-paid content? Yeah the Bad-ass rank will help this, but I don't think it justifies playing from scratch (essentially) X number more times. |
