| I'm really digging the new aesthetics of the Covenant. The Elites look more rugged and the Jackals appear to be more terrifying in a sense. I miss Cortana's design from Halo 2 however. I can't wait 'til November 6th! |

One thing I noticed is that there seems to be a new type of grenade. In the picture with the Elite, the Chief's HUD shows frag grenades, plasma grenades, and a third type of grenade that doesn't look like any previous kind in the series.
Also, Jackals got a big time makeover. Now they look even uglier than the Elites. Speaking of which, I think the main reason people are finding them strange is the missing armor in some areas, like the forearms and face. |

Cool images. Can't wait to see the change of graphics.
Though it not the only thing I want to see about Halo 4. I been trying to find out about the co-op campaign, not Spartan Ops, I was wondering who would players 2-4 be if Player 1 is Master Chief? Are they going to do what Bungie did using multi-Chiefs or Master Chief and P2-4's Spartans? |

@24 It's a forerunner grenade. It works kinda like the power drain gadget from H3. I just imagine Cortana being like a typical women and being like, "My binary is looking a little saggy,let me re-write my programming." which is wierd beause that was supposed to be Dr. Halsley?

Its a pure dam shame that this game is being held back by a 7 year old Technology, Just imagine what it might be like if it was designed to work on the "Xbox 720" (Which is still is Unconfirmed in naming and Existance)

@12 Released screenshots are almost always taken from PC developer builds of the game and then further enhanced with photo editing software.
This has been a fact of life for many years. Don't sweat it though many guys just like you are a little bit out of the loop and jump the gun when answering quesions. |

@38 No you got it right. Prometheans are Forerunner. But like you also said we have the Builders, etc.
#2 just has things a little mixxed up. Although it can be said the Promethean Knight constructs aren't really Promethean Warriors but something else. We really have to wait and see how everything unfolds in Halo 4 and even more so in the book Silentum. I'm banking on the Promethean Knights being composed by the Composer from fallen/infected Promethean Warriors. |
