| I get annoyed by that too ThoracicKez, It should come out in Europe first, it really bugs me that the Americans get everything first especially F1! |

The whole tuseday firday thing is like an old tradition. It also has to do with the reviews and how they get published More company's these days are doing world wide dates now. As for the game Had mine on pre order since e3 |

I myself can´t wait for this game, but I don´t have any problems with the fact that the US get it a couple of days earlier. The US make the best and buy the most games, for that they earn the right to get the games early. If EU players want it, then make it better. |

| @8 I'm sure 3 said it was made in Birmingham which is in uk so there goes your theory . It doesn't matter where games are mad if there good there good simples. A lot of things are made in china Taiwan etc so does that mean people outside those countries shouldn't have them unless "they make them better"? |

| Those complaining it coming out in the US first, that's not the issue! Why is this coming out in September at all? Should be coming out in March/April round the beginning of the season. Would EA release FIFA in February, or Madden in December? I bought the previous two but by then had lost enthusiasm for the season when I came to play it. |

When it come out we still have about 8 races to go Plus its based on the performance of the cars in that particular season, no way would they be able to predict that. In a perfect world it would come out at the beginning of the season but its just not possible. I for one can't wait for this!! :D |

@13, so it's fair to then but not the beginning? Proper support post-release would mean it's always similar but release now means the car differential at the beginning of the year (i.e. this year where ferrari had a poor car at the beginning but now it's good) will always be forgotten. My point though was that I'm not buying this year and I know a lot of F1 fans who won't be either as it's just too late in the season. We would prefer to be able to play the season together along with the actual season. Either before or after the race weekend but we can't because of poor release date. |

@12 As 13 said, it's impossible to bring it out at the start of the season due to no-one knowing the performance of the cars... There could easily be another Brawn GP to screw up the whole authenticity. It's hardly an option to get the teams info/data ahead of time either, as the teams keep everything under wraps at the start of the season, see Mclaren's Spygate for examples of how it goes wrong. |

@ 12 Codemasters made it clear in 2010 They never wanted to do Tu's to update teams and car performance seeing as the rules and cars change throughout the season It makes better sense to ship a game little over half way through. Ea have to add extra dlc and tu's to change the teams for Fifa games Codemasters don;t want to travel such a path. The car designs are locked from Melbourne mind. |

Good release date if you ask me the season doesn't end until november 25 there will be 7 Grand prix from 21st of september until then, and the cars AI and performance should pretty much mirror the real season, which would be impossible to do if they brought it out in April/March therefore ruining the game. I'll still be able to watch the conclusion of the championship on TV and have my own little battle in the game, we will also be able to race around the new Austin track before any of the real drivers, and get a feel for it before the race is shown on TV. Stop hating, be happy. Demo out soon :) |

I agree that Europe should, at the very least, have the same release date as North America, being if it weren't for Europe, there would be no Formula 1. This game looks fantastic. I can't wait to try out the demo with my Official Racing Wheel, hoping not to crash on the 1st corner. LOL |

Maybe if they did bring it out at the start of the season they could do the weekly challenges like fifa do such as if Man U and Everton played it would be come back from 1-0 down with 20 minutes left they could do an F1 version of that which would be awesome, but yeah with all the stats and things I understand why they would bring it out later. Another point if the Tuesday/Friday thing has to apply to all games then why can't Europe get our games (Fifa is clearly more liked here than in the US but they get it first) the Friday before their Tuesday??? |

| I love F1. I mean LOOOOVE F1 and have been a fan of the last 2 games. OK the first one was good but wasn't great but it was their first shot so I've forgiven them. F1 2011 was a good leap in the right direction adding more features like the safety car, much better handling and weather effects.... everything the first game should have had. In this title I would have expected more than updated models, handling and weather. This should be a given. I tried the young driver test and that's exactly what it is, something to introduce new players to the game. I play this game on expert so this is of no appeal to me. I was expecting a lot more. I'm not sure I'll get this until it comes down in price. |
