New Saints Row 2 Screen & Video Written Friday, June 27, 2008 by Dan Webb "Knock, knock" "Who's there?" "It's the Saints... And they want their street back!! Calling all sandbox addicts, THQ have just released a new story trailer for the upcoming [and recently delayed] Saints Row title. Find out what happened between Saints Row 1 and 2 and see what needs to be done to reclaim the streets. In addition to the video below, we've added one new, solitary screen that THQ released earlier. Random, but nice indeed.

Remember the first scene of the first game? It goes blank and you hear a gunshot, but then it comes back and it was somebody else who got shot. And the trailer doesn't really even prove that Julius set you up. The character could just mean "If you hadn't pulled over for the cops we wouldn't have had to try and rescue you and I wouldn't have ended up in a coma." |

You HAD to do side missions to unlock story missions, that sucked. I want to play the story from beginning to end without interruptions. I don't mind doing side stuff, just don't force me to do it, it's a Sandbox game, not a "you HAVE to do this or you CAN'T do that" game :-(. Can't wait to see multiplayer. Bring back Blinged Out Ride! I want more clothing, more car types and bigger levels! |
