Ubisoft has released a new batch of screens for Assassin’s Creed III, fresh from Gamescom in Germany. The shots come hot on the heels of the game’s sexy Naval Warfare trailer unveiled yesterday. | The game play looks to be fantastic. Let's just hope the story ties up nicely and doesn't end like Lost...a great series that ended up having too many questions that could be satisfactorily answered. Either way, I think a couple of days off of work will be necessary. | ||

| I got to see an advanced preview at the royal armories a few week ago and this is looking sweet. Gameplay is soooooo smooth and the ship battles look phenomenal!! I'm going back thru creed 2 and add ons to get ready. | ||

| I haven't been this excited for an assassins greed game since #2. I have them all and love the series, but I couldn't get excited for brotherhood or revelations. They were both good games, they just started feeling a little stale. This looks and feels different, but in a good way. | ||

| @#2 You're "hard" because of a video game?!?! WOW! OT: The only thing that'll keep this game from being perfect, is the inclusion of multiplayer. I'm not saying the multiplayer sucks or anything, but it IS totally unnecessary and only takes away from the singleplayer. They should have used multiplayer in only the subtitled games and should keep them out of the numbered games. That's just my 2 cents and I already know it won't happen but hey, the MP was removed from Bioshock: Infinite recently so... | ||

| @11 I'd agree with you if I felt the Multiplayer was taking anything away from the Single player but Ubi have stated many times that a completely separate team works on the multi leaving the core team to do as much work towards crafting the single player as they would either way. I think the multiplayer can be a pretty fun diversion too at times, Brotherhood's and Revelations' didn't hold my attention for long but the time I spent on them was enjoyable so I'm all for a refined version of it popping back up on creed 3. | ||

| @17 Come on. My Horse and Me 2 wasn't THAT good ;) Assassins Creed 3 is on my most wanted list for games, along with NFS : Most Wanted, Tomb Raider, Black Ops 2 and... that's it for now. The screens look great, and the pun in the link ('Connor' Get You Excited) is top work :D | ||
