| The game feels brilliant gameplay wise but graphic wise and technically it doesn't looks as polished as an MGS game standard |

| Sorry but metal gear has become STUPID. Dissapointing considering it was one of my favourite series i hate the slasher gameplay, but its the story that is ruining it for me now. And it also lookes stupid |

A game has to evolve at some point, otherwise people would gripe about the same old boring gameplay without innovations (Dynasty Warriors anyone?). MGS4 was amazing, and I felt it was a nice evolution and a step in the right direction. Okay the plot got a bit convoluted, but let's face it - which Metal Gear game doesn't? Yes it looks a bit too hack and slash, but it is still in the same universe and canon, so I'm more than happy to try it out.
And come on, who didn't love playing as Grey Fox in the MGS addon? Surely all he did was run around and slash away with his electro-katana |

| Say what you want about Raiden but he is the only being I'm aware of that had the skill to get his hands on Snake's dogtags.. This is going to be such a great action game! |

| Looks amazing for a spin off. Always wanted to play as raiden in is cyborg ninja form. Don't really see another MGS game with snake in it. He just had to age to fast :( |

| Platinum hasn't made a bad game yet, so I'm sure this will be great. I commend Kojima and Konami for trying something new with the franchise instead of rehashing the same stuff. |

| Wish they would bring the proper stealth gameplay back and light use of guns like on MGS1/2. I dunno this game after watching the trailer has made me lose interest now. |

| I figured it would've been a different genre from the start seen as though it was called Rising instead of Solid, it's just a shame it's gone like Ninja Gaiden which isn't really my kind of game, so I'll have to pass on it sadly. |
