Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed

Here’s a trailer and some screens for the slightly bonkers looking Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.

In the trailer you’ll see cars become boats become planes become eagles (?), all while racing across deserts, aircraft carriers, floating islands and more. It’s a bit mental and a just a tad unhinged and I quite like it.

In addition to this, SEGA has also announced a Limited Edition version of the game, available to those that pre-order. Included in the box is an exclusive Outrun Bay track, Metal Sonic and his transforming vehicle, a Metal Sonic Mod Pack and a bunch of exclusive in-game stickers.

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed is out in November.

	I can't wait for this game, but at the same time I'm a little worried. In the back of my mind I'm scared they might mess up and it lose the magic the first game had :S

	Loved the first game. It was like a Mario Kart for the modern Generation. If only Nintendo knew the fun of a quality Online component.

	Can't wait since loved the first, 2d looks just as fun. Hopefully they return the all stars abilities from the first game.

	The first game was so great, better than Mario Kart Wii, if you ask me. I'm jazzed about the new characters (Joe Musashi Shinobi, hooray!). I just hope there is some more variety in the stages. Do we need 3-4 Billy Hatcher stages? No. Give me a Fantasy Zone, Space Harrier, Space Channel 5 or Alex Kidd stage instead.

	@8 - In Diddy Kong Racing they piloted hovercrafts on lava :O Looks cool and i love customisation and the kid in me got excited when i read "stickers for ingame license" haha. What a sad guy i am ;)

	1st series is simply one of best kart racing games ever made along side with Mario Kart, Diddy Kong Racing and ModNation Racers. :) Look forward and preorder limited edition of course.

	The Afterburner stage looks great!! Yes I hope this one will have more Genesis era racers and tracks. Streets of Rage and Phantasy Star would be awesome.

	Like the look of tails car and boat, not really impressed with metal sonic tho. The outrun track would be cool :D
