| @ #1 - it is because they have to model all of the cars on the latest designs/ regulations, see how the cars handle and take corners etc. I don't get why the dev diary is showing off flashbacks though. That has been in the game all along. |

@4 that's obvious.
But you would imagine that with it being an "official f1 game" they'd be given the look and everything else before the season begins...
I mean look at FIFA or any sports game, they don't give them the shirts styles like 2 weeks before, they give it to them before the public have even seen it. |

f1 is not football
Cars and standings change big time though out the season.
It will need them to do constant tu to keep up with whats going on and like they said with 2011 they don't want to do that.

| They should really consider releasing the game earlier..say in April or May. After the September release there will only be seven more races and then there will be new cars and drivers and all that again for the next season. I don't want to drive around in the old Ferrari if I've seen the new one...and anyway, nobody really cares about it any more if the season has finished. |
