| @6 thats what I thought. But there are some diffences, and a similarity to bioshock seems like nothing but a good thing. Either way, I am excited, looks like a fun game. |

@16: Since it takes place in a plague ridden city, there aren't cows and snakes wandering about. You can possess rats, fish, dogs, and people though :)
I am glad this game seems to finally be getting the recognition it deserves. October can't come soon enough. And they have people who love each system developing around that platform specifically and thinking about the respective achievements to use.
With Harvey Smith previously involved in helping System Shock become the game it was, the Bioshock comparison becomes a chicken and egg thing. They're intrinsically linked together. If you like Thief, Deus Ex, LGS games in general...Dishonored is carrying the torch. Arkane developing and Bethesda publishing make this a powerhouse game. |

@23 You have obviously been anticipating this game as much as me.For starters its a new IP,looks pretty unique and original to me-i mean apart from not being set under the see,harvesting creepy little girls and having bulky deep sea divers lumbering about-its just like Biohock...NOT!!
Each trailer i see and snippet of info i read just re-affirms i was right to pre-order this game months ago.I could be building my hopes up but i trust Bethesda and Arkane with the top guys in the industry also having major input-i think this game has GOTY potential and i can't wait to possess a rat and blow some steam-punk scoundrels to tiny pieces. |

I have been touting this game to my friends for months now and this is yet another trailer that re-affirms my decision to pre-order it for a day one purchase-which if you look at all the other great games coming out around the same time is a statement in itself.
I cant wait to step into the world of Dunwell possess a rat and blow some steam-punk scoundrel to kingdom come!Roll on October 12th! |
