@2 Yeah, cuz it's not like they've given us loads and loads of some of the most amzaing free content I've seen in awhile. Heaven forbid they charge for something that took a lot of time and effort to make. Story writers, programmers, and graphic designers do work for minimum wage after all. I'm with #1 and #3 on this one. Can't wait |

| Everybody hating on this or any other popular game is a troll who has either never played the game they claim to hate, play it and like but claim otherwise to appear cool, or just do it to piss people off. This is a good game and much improved from the first ME if you don't believe me go back to the original and level up your weapons, armor, and powers al while not having access to smg's. Yep biotics and techs used to be limited to pistols on playthrough one. |

"BioWare and EA have lifted the lid on a new dose of story-driven DLC for Mass Effect 3, and it's the Leviathan add-on confirmed last month. Leviathan takes place during the events of Mass Effect 3 and takes players to the darkest corners of space where there may be something lurking that's powerful enough to take down any Reaper. What follows is a race against time to unravel the secrets of the eponymous Leviathan, which will take you to uncharted systems and new districts on the Citadel. You'll interact with brand new characters, unlock the AT-12 Raider shotgun and M-55 Argus Assault Rifle weapons on your quest to discover the truth behind the mysterious history of the Reapers Mass Effect 3: Leviathan will be out this summer for 800 Microsoft Points. Also releasing on August 7th will be the Mass Effect 3 Firefight Weapons Pack, which packs two powerful new weapons and five bonus weapons for 160 Microsoft Points. Check out the first screens from both DLC packs below" The single player sounds interesting but there is no saving this story. |

| @27 The story was great, but the original ending made no sense and ended to suddenly, hence the public outcry. But now that Bioware have fixed the ending (IMO) I think it is my favourite story arc of the trilogy, and I can't wait to expand the game with this DLC. |

| No one should be defending the "free" multiplayer DLC, I'm sure they made just as much money off it had they charged you $5 and unlocked the new content for you instead. If the MP DLC were not free and you had to unlock the content you rightfully paid for, the internet would have been disintegrated. Also, no one in their right mind would pay for new FF maps that are more balanced for the AI. No DLC map is easier than FB White or Glacier. |

My journey with Mass Effect series has come to an end, it was one of the best rides ive had, up there with MGS series, Assassins Creed and The Dark Knight Trilogy, but unless there is a sequel to ME3 that will take into account ME3 SP DLC, im going to allow my shepard to rest in peace |

What a minority bunch of fuck tards. ME3 was an awesome end to the trilogy and the open ending wasn't perfect but I felt satisfied at its conclusion. Unbelieveable. |

| I concur with 48 and 49. I'm all for some single player DLC, but the ending's already been written. Nothing you do in Leviathan will change it, so making it seem important feels silly. Unless BioWare would have completing the Leviathan DLC actually impact the ending (somehow), I feel my Shepard's journey is over as well. |

I wonder - if this is to learn about the Reaper's origins, and potentially gain an ally that can destroy Reapers, how can they possibly do it without changing the ending? The Reapers are Star Child's "tools", so if we're going to learn their origins, how can meeting him and learning of his involvement in the cycle be a surprise? Won't those exposition cutscenes have to change? And the fight for Earth, all that CGI, won't they have to incorporate new versions of the scenes showing that new ally kicking ass? |

Hopefully longer than from ashes dlc. Still waiting for sale on that. Not paying 800 for about half hour. Only dante's inferno beats that and I believe they now cut price of that dlc. Note that this is not a rant about how shit mass effect is - although I don't really like multiplayer - pretty much everything else is spot on - yet to play extended cut to see if that improves on vague ending. |

| I'm sure the mission will be plenty of fun, so I'm looking forward to it, but just now giving out the Argus rifle? Why act like it's something new and special when it was just a preorder bonus. Oh and as for the Firefight pack... God knows it's just the N7 pack that was so ""exclusive"" to the Limited Edition owners. Two new guns is nice, but I'm not going to pay for content that I already have. I'd much rather they just bring over the plethora of MP-only weapons and skills. It's all fun game content and the assets are already available, so why not add them to the game? It really would be just as simple as giving a few folders access to data from another folder and the challenging task (facetious) of adding their names and upgrades bars to the armory. And while the N7 missions in the SP that only served to justify the MP's existence, were pretty lame, short, and pointless, more gameplay is always better, so it would be cool for them to add N7 missions for a few of those locations - obviously not the Earth ones, though, for the sake of the lore. lol |

| Oh, and sorry for the double post, but I just wanted to add that the Argus AR is absolute garbage as it now. Four round (iirc) burst fire with an incredibly slow rate of fire, brutal recoil, and it is remarkably inaccurate. Just a total dud of a gun. I wanted to like it since it was a bonus thing and there was no N7 gun for the AR class, but I just couldn't bare it. How about they throw us the Collector AR that I was gipped out of and was so difficult to come by? Better yet, add the Collectors as another faction to fight in MP. They didn't say that Collectors were completely extinct, so the lore is flexible enough, and the team is very fleshed out, unit-wise, since they were so prominent in ME2. Just something to change things up. Drones, the infantry with barriers and warp, and the other dangerous infantry type. Harbinger popping in all the time to make things hectic and they could use those two flying boss enemy types that were so difficult (obviously make them smaller and weaker) and maybe the Oculus' flying around zapping you. Just my thoughts, but I think it would be a great way to keep people playing when things get stale again. |
