Removing Trans-World Operations, Salem and Rios and replacing them with Tactical Worldwide Operations, Alpha and Bravo. Not exactly rewarding the few fans of the series who remain after the atrocity that was the 40th Day. Forget the reboot, just retcon out 40th Day, give us back the core personality that was stripped away, and bring on the gun customisation! |

| Wow, that's great! I loved the first game but was underwhelmed by the demo for the second. A refocus could do the series good. Honestly just give the two leads some more depth and decent dialogue and this will be great. But Visceral is a great studio, so I have complete faith. |

| As long as it is more like the 1st game and not the 2nd, I MAY consider buying it. AoT:TFD was a HUGE train-wreck, both for the glithces, the problem with the extra DLC and the complete change of pace from the first game that was the TRUE fan favorite. |

Ah well, I'm still gonna give it a try. I can't say no to co-op or weapon customisation. They're 2 of the biggest selling points for any game imo. |

Got some news. Gold "skins" will return for weapons. The M4A1 Carbine will be returning. The Walther PPk will be a useable handgun. Molotov Cocktails will be a new weapon. Silencers will also be a returning feature. You WILL find out what happens to Rios and Salem and their part in The Devil's Cartel. I will bring more news as I find it. |

@ #27. No, Canonically, The 40th Day you do the first negative morality choice, then for the rest of the game you do positive morality choices, and then for the last morality choice you choose the negative one. Long story short canonically Rios and Salem both live. |

I'm excited that Visceral is taking over the series, but I'm sorry to see Salem and Rios go. After the 40th Day DLC fiasco I guess someone had to get whacked. I'll miss the guitar solos, but knowing EA Salme and Rios will end up playable characters in DLC or something. |

I thought that they wouldn't be able to make another Ao2 game because of how the last one ended. I never thought that they could just replace Salem and Rios since a lot of fans loved them(including me). |

I am REALLY getting sick of people dumping on Visceral and DS3 for what they seem to be doing for DS3. If you don't like it, DON'T PLAY IT and more importantly don't go on other news posts and bitch about it when you haven't even PLAYED IT. Now on topic, I am so glad that EA isn't doing this and it's a dev that I actually LIKE. Visceral + Frostbite 2 + Ao2 = AWESOME. Can't wait to see more of this. I hope pimped guns return. :D |

| Honestly, the banter between Salem and Rios was just about the best part of the game. I don't think the "grittier" "Alpha" and "Bravo" are what this series needs. We don't need more "gritty" games. I want light-hearted action with meaningful and fun characters. Hence why I enjoyed the first Army of Two so much. |

| @43 - It's harder to hold that mentality when you love a series and the developers pull it from your hands and start throwing shit at your face, while you desperately try to accept that what's happening in front of you is a good thing, but the reality quickly dawns on you that this developer has just thrown SHIT IN YOUR FACE! |

| what the multiplayer should have is a multiple 2-man team. like 4 two man teams on each side. alpha team has 8, bravo team has 8. and each team would have to complete objectives, among fighting each other. then which ever four teams are the best, go head to head, in a death match till only two people remain. and if someone quits....THE GAME STILL GOES ON!!! they just received a loss on their record. not an end to the game. |

@49 - I love Dead Space and for me DS3 is still Dead Space and will still feel like the same game. Many of you guys are making it seem like it IS actually GoW or something. IT'S NOT. You do realize that storylines change? Places change? Events change? It's not always going to be dark corridors and scary moments. I'm sure the game will still have it's share of startling moments, and anyway we've only seen a FEW BITS of the WHOLE GAME. /comment |

| I would have loved to have been in the meeting where they decided that Mexican Drug cartels were an exciting and original setting. The best thing about the first game was that every level was a different location and there was a fairly funny light hearted appeal to the whole thing. Not everything has to be gritty and dark. |

2 series of Army of Two were good and fun but short campaigns. I hope Army of TWO: The Devil's Cartel is much better and have more long then other 2 series. EA is must be crazy wild to bring Dead Space 3, Crysis 3 and Army of TWO 3 (Devil's Cartel) in 2013. Combine 3 big franchises for 3rd series each. My opinion, I most look forward to Dead Space 3 and Crysis 3 then this one. :) |

Got my attention with Visceral working on it, but they're using the Frostbite 2 engine instead of 'The Godfather' engine they've been working with on GF and DS franchises. Enjoyed the demo for the second game but always heard it was dead online, it was just cheapskates like me who kept showing up on the demo ;p |

I loved AoT for the ability to air guitar with a friend who lived all the way in Nam, I LOVED AoT for its memorable quotes like, "It just. . . . BLEW up!" I think I'll pass on this new one unless they can show me more of the same when it comes to the original. |

I,m unlike most a great fan of Army Of Two even have the Rios & Salem Figures from NECA, And unlike most i enjoyed both games, but i do understand that there are alot of gamers that not shear the same feeling about these games, but even so i,m stocked about a new Army Of Two, even its kinda dissapointing you not play as Salem & Rios anymore, but the end of 40th Day made it kinda obvious they not return. To bad because i loved the corny conversation between them def with Nolan North doing the voice of Salem. But now we got some new operatives the tangle with and with the frostbite 2 engine behind it i,m sure this might turn out into something big keep my fingers crossed but more then happy Army Of two gets a 3th! Thanks Visceral! |
