Resident Evil 6 Comic-Con Trailer is a Fright Fest

Capcom has released a new trailer from San Diego Comic-Con, supposedly taken from a new playable build of the game. Oddly, it looks a lot like the demo we played at E3 last month, with Leon stalking through the halls and corridors of a university campus, Jake Muller on the run from the relentless Ustanak and so on.

The video is a brief mash-up of several scenes taken from each character's campaign, with Chris and his buddy Pierce Nivans facing the gun-toting mutated J'avo while avoiding toothy slime monsters suspended from the ceiling, Jake and Sherry running from the Ustanak and Leon facing old-fashioned T-Virus zombies with special agent Helena Harper.

Resident Evil 6 is out on October 2nd, 2012. Check out the trailer.

I love Resident Evil. I own every single game. I'm taking off the week of October 2nd. I can't wait. loved the demo too!

@6 You can still have the laser sight, just change the aiming reticule to classic instead of default.

Does this take place in Africa? Killng a sh*t load of black zombies? Reason I ask is because I don't watch trailers or play the demos due to the fact it ruins games for me.

Maaan, ever since the first screenshot came out and it was pointed out that the logo looks like a giraffe getting a blowjob, I can't unsee it. Every damn time I see something for this game!
