If they do indeed to a JLA game, then it would have to take place after 1960, because that's when JLA formed. I read on IGN that the game will deal with the first team-ups with Superman, Flash and the like, so it would most likely be pre-JLA. I also read that this is of sorts the start of tie-ins for the JLA movie, as Lego Batman 2 was. |

That's not the Silver Age. It's the Bronze Age. Silver Age was the era of Zur-En-Arrh, Rainbow Suit Batman, and plenty more bizarre sci-fi adventures. I'm hoping that - unless they go a more Morrison-influenced route - the reporter simply got it wrong and is in fact referring to the Bronze Age (or the O'Neil/Adams era). Otherwise I can't really see it working at all. |

| The problem with this is, and this is just my opinion so don't get upset, but Green Lantern, The Flash and especially Superman just aren't very interesting characters to me. If Warner had any faith that people wanted games based on them they would do separate ones for each. I've no doubt Rocksteady will probably make a good job of it, I'd just rather see another dedicated Batman game, preferrably without Robin and Day-Glo colours. |

So long as they take it back to what made AA so great instead of the utter letdown of AC, it'll be incredible. If it goes with limited open-world and super short story again ala AC, then it won't even be worth picking up. Fingers crossed they can get back the magic of AA. Please make it so, Rocksteady. |

Have at it, Rocksteady. You don't have to prove yourself anymore. Both Batman games have gotten numerous awards and both Game Of The Years. You all know how to do Batman. Just have Adam West do the voice of Batman. LOL @26 AC a let down?! Wow...just wow! Not worth picking up?! Hahaha Now THAT I can definitely say you're smoking some good stuff. If you don't like it, then that's fine, but it's still a great game and DEFINITELY worth picking up. |

Don't get me wrong, the studio's very talented and the games are good but I'd rather they worked on something completely original and new. By making another Batman game it just feels like WB's playing it safe. |

I like original Batman costume but I like modern darkness Batman costume more. I look forward how Silver Age Batman gonna be. I am happy with Rocksteady working on other Batman game. I wish Rocksteady developing new Superman, The Flash or Wonderman games in future. :) #31 Batman AA just released in 2009 then AC came out last year so then Silver Age Batman possible come out 2013/2014. So that not rush year of release new Batman unlike "I am so tired with that franchise" COD release every years from Activision. Also Ubisoft will not release Assassin's Creed every years when Assassin's Creed 3 come out this christmas as their last AC series to be release before release next main series or next spin off series in few years time. I just wish Activision let developers give COD break for few years. I knew Rocksteady wouldnt making Batman every years. They want take their time with franchise. :) |

| I don't think people really know how significant this really is. If they're doing a silver age Batman, I think it has something to do with the Justice League film coming in 2015. Rocksteady wants to introduce other characters from the Silver Age like The Flash or Superman to get people familiarized and pumped for the movie. But then again, it's just my own speculation. |

I just want to see a proper sequel with playable Azrael and fully-fledged co-op. This is a great idea, but I want the gameplay advances to be made in the Arkham franchise first. This can be a spin-off that they can pursue after we see a real game mechanic advancement. If, however, this is made first, I expect it to be XBLA. |

Please say yes. Playing as Adam West, complete with "bop" "pow" and "bap" effects and matching trumpet sounds, with Arkham combat would be the single most fun and entertaining brawler ever made. It would even top Bayonetta on the laugh-out-loud awesome scale. You have no idea how disappointed I was that the 70s Batsuit didn't have that stubby Adam West face mask to go with it. |

Batman's first encounter with the Joker would be awesome because that may show how much Batman pissed Joker off and vica versa, but please, keep it in the Arkham Storyline! I love that so much! |

I'll call this now. red Hood will be the main villain of the game. It will conclude in the waste disposal factory where he get's thrown into acid and becomes the Joker. I'd say it will show the death of the original Robin too, kinda making Batman a lot more gritty. Less major baddies too and Batman will be a lot more forgiving from the start, progressively getting more brutal with touch choices to make. I'd say it will take place a fair 10 or so years before asylum. |

@75 Erm, the Original Robin was Dick Grayson. He didn't die, he moved on. He's now Nightwing, and he's featured in Arkham City. Lets not forget that they don't tend to mess about with the pre-established background that much - as the second Robin (Jason Todd) is the one who was killed by the Joker, unless this game jumps around in time a lot, I can't see the origin of the Joker and the death of Todd in one game. Also, neither of these arcs would traditionally feature the JLA. Batman creates the Joker fairly early in his career. Unless they work this event into the end of the game - or completely recreate the Jokers origin - It doesn't involve the JLA. In fact, I can maybe see them doing that. If they did, they could start with the creation of Joker, jump to the death of Todd, jump to the attempted murder of Barbara Gorden etc - showing the key stages in the evolution of the Bats/Joker relationship. I'm still not really sure how they would involve the JLA though. |

im with SonikkuHedgehog/#8. I really want a superman game. maybe with the man of steel movie coming out they will bring a game out aswell. Unless Batman has a real good team up. I dont see where you can go further from AC. a prequel is a good idea, but maybe a flash back memeroy type of missions would be fun. play important events in batmans life. have the whole story one big memory. meeting other JLA members, deaths of friends and what not. Biggest thing i find that really make a game is the re-playablity... once u finish the story and challenges we need sumthing to do. even if its solving or stoping small crimes, as long as theres always a propose to go on patrol my wish: after a great superman game have a superman/batman game itself |
