What does "a portion" of the profits going to charity mean?
Are we talking 5% or 75%. Pretty cheap to mention charity and then not be clear how much of this cake they're giving away. |

| Uhhh, ok? This was already announced in "this week on xbox live". Why make another article about it? I know, because were talking about the over-rated piece of crap COD. You guys never make another article when you announce other DLC/Games when already mentioned on "this week on xbox live", so why do it to this game? Can't go a day with out seeing COD somewhere. Well this'll give the people that were too cheap to buy ELITE a chance to get the new maps at a low price.
Beyond that, I'm very excited to see the Zombies maps go on sale. Too bad my friends will likely be too cheap to pick them up. :( |

@ #20: Kill the golden goose? Have you ever seen any of the sales figures or online activity ranks for MW2 and MW3? The readily-available facts sink your statement's battleship. If MW4 is in the cards for next year, it will sell just as well and probably better.
OT: I haven't played either game and never will, but it's cool that Activision is doing this for a good cause. It's not the first time they've done something for the troops.

It's hard, you know? We buy stuff we want, even though we know it'll go on sale some day, probably, but then we do want to complain when it does go on sale, myself included. But, it's oh well. At least now our non-Elite friends have options for obtaining the map packs without paying out the ass for it.
On another note though, these maps suck... basically all the map packs suck for this game. I disable them at the start of every session. lol |

| @25. Yeah I know. Really the only reason that I got Elite was cause I had the extra cash to spend on it. And I try not to get into the COD bashing cause I do actually like the games but I definitely agree with you about the maps. The spec ops missions aren't too bad but the multiplayer is fucking atrocious. I played it for like a week after it came out before it started to piss me off. |

| Dlc for bad games is always cool i guess? This series has gone downhill from 3. I was never one to buy into the COD hype but maybe im smart due to this? I dont know but i For one am kinda hoping that black ops 2 does really bad so that maybe they will be forced to change the series or better yet STOP MAKING COD GAMES!! they are going on 20 different titles and more than half have been the same thing copy and pasted.
