| I don't get what's up with all these special editions lately. Borderlands 2, Halo 4, RE6. I mean, I'm not complaining. 2012 just seems to be the year of special editions. And for a sports game just seems a little strange. |

Maybe people can use this ball for the NBA Ballers Kinect game, in which you dribble a ball in your bedroom or living room in front of a camera. Yes, that's a real thing in case you haven't heard. |

| I think that's a good deal, The game itself is $60, Skullcandy ink'd headphones are around $20-$30. Plus the basketball which would be $15 maybe? Sure it's not in game items, but I'd find this stuff so much more useful outside of the game as well. |

I agree with #8.
Obviously something like this has a very targeted audience. I can see the appeal to somebody that's a huge basketball fan. If you had a nice little game or tv room set up in your house, that ball could look pretty cool sitting up on a shelf. |

agreed, i don't know why people are bitching about the price point. a good basketball can be as much as $50, so assuming this is a promo quality one, i wouldn't be shocked if it was a $20 ball. also, skull candy headphones aren't cheap |

there was a madden special edition a few years back. can't think of any other sports collectors edition off the top of my head.

basketball is far more interesting than baseball is. from most interesting to least interesting, its definitely
1. football
2. hockey
3. basketball
4. soccer
5. baseball
(i do go back and forth on 2 and 3 though) |

@18: Your opinion and that's fine but clearly the ratings don't show that.
@21: Again your opinion but that's more representative of an American's interest, not everyone. I think basketball, baseball and obviously soccer would be at the top if you were to take into account other countries as well. Of course many Americans don't think outside the box...sad...
OT: Too many LE's this year so I'll pass on this plus i prefer to watch the sport than play these games where the novelty will wear off fast. |
