| That's...really weird. If the game is done, why has it been delayed? It's releasing in Japan beginning of next month, why wait half a year to release something that won't have any extra stuff put in it? |

| It's weird. Usually those kind of release date changes are designed to give the game a great chance of flourishing. But Q1 next year has DmC, Dead Space 3, Tomb Raider and BioShock Infinite. That's a lot of competition. |

| Crazy. Let not release it next month when there is next to no competition and release it when there's loads of games out that lots of people will want. What are you doing SEGA? Give it to us while we want it! |

| Was really looking forward to this, but I'm not shelling out to import. Sega, stop shooting yourselves in the foot and just release it in July.....delaying western release will just hurt them and possibly platinum games |

Happy that Platinum are staying classy over this and the game will obviously be amazing. It seems like a total screw up by Sega though. I guess the logic was that games sell bad in summer and it's a new ip so they want to give it space. But the first quarter of next year is VERY crowded. In fact now Anarchy Reigns will be in the same time frame as Metal Gear Rising =/. Whereas as it was Anarchy Reigns was nigh on the only big game launching in July. |

| I use to be down with Sega but i do not know what is going trough their minds right now, Honestly Platinum games really make some great titles for being a new company and all, but if Sega is going to hinder them from making sales then they should cut ties with them and get another company or start their on publishing from now on. The word is out about PG, more people know about them so i don't think sales would be bad as long as it came out at a safe release date. |

| At this rate, we're gonna play their next game (MGS rising) before Anarchy Reings... I understand why PG is NOT happy with this ! |

People we know that SEGA is extremely stupid (I only hope that Platinum goes elsewhere to make games) Examples: Sonic Generations (good game) - Same day as Uncharted 3, 2 weeks later COD3 Bayonetta (good game) - Darksiders same day, 2/3 weeks later Mass Effect 2 Vanquish (good game) - Castlevania same day, NBA 2k11 & MOH a week later, Fable 3, SWTFU2 2 weeks after Why post games when we have nothing to purchase and might have more income to just put into a game in July when you can wait and put up good games against AAA blockbusters and highly anticipated follow ups to franchises....stupid SEGA |

I keep throwing my money at the screen, but Sega keeps throwing it back. :/ Seriously though, when Sega does decide to announce the release date, they better have a good explanation. Implying that any explanation they could possibly have could be considered "good". |

| It's absolute nonsense. Surely Sega has realized that summer is empty, and the first few months of next year ate full of BioShock, Dead Space and who knows what else? I just don't understand it without hatching some conspiracy plot that involves Sega WANTING the game to fail, so they can let go of Platinum. That couldn't be it... Right? |

| It wasn't long ago that we were hearing rumours Bayonetta 2 had been cancelled by SEGA before PG hinted it hadn't in interviews and now this craziness - what the hell is going on with SEGA and Platinum Games? |

@17: That joke is becoming more stale than the Arrow to the Knee joke. I honestly don't know what's up with SEGA, Binary Domain has huge potential for a Single Player franchise (MP was ass, obviously slapped on.) and SEGA didn't do anything to market it. Now they're keeping PG in the dark about their delays on Anarchy Reigns? Honestly, at this rate they should just dedicate themselves to Digital Distribution (XBLA) and a Sonic Game every two years like they always do, because SEGA hasn't done anything other than that for years. |

EARLY 2013?! What is this bullshit, SEGA? The game is already finished, why wait so long? I want it now, damn it. (T_T) |

Sega ... what the fuck are you doing? I know lets not release games by one of the best developers around at the moment, and lets just concentrate on making crappy Sonic games or that Sega racing rubbish ... I'm hoping the rumours about Anarchy being region free are true. Platinum, you need to get out now before they destroy you. |

This would be the perfect time to release this finally as we're heading into a bit of a gaming drought after Spec Op's. Played the demo for this last week (Japanese marketplace) and really enjoyed it. |

Now this is interesting. I can see SEGA delaying the game for one reason or another for a month or so, but early next year? Hell, they've got a AAA title of their own already slated for February 2013 (Aliens: Colonial Marines). I hope SEGA issues a statement explaining what the deal is. I remember Majesco doing something similar with Jaws Unleashed, and they never issued a press release about the delay. Luckily for me, I've got loads of other games I'm interested in that are coming out soon, so this won't affect me a whole lot. But such a significant delay... Damn. |
