E3 2012: Namco Bandai's Games of E3 - All the Trailers and Screens

Here we go folks, here’s everything Namco Bandai had to offer at E3 this year. From pretty Japanese RPGs, to Star Trek and Tekken, we’ve got assets for all of ‘em.

Don’t forget, you’ll find just one screenshot below, but click on the title of each game to see every screenshot to slip out of the insanity that is the triple E. Enjoy.

Star Trek

Namco Bandai and Paramount’s Star Trek game is starting to take shape. We have an enemy - The Gorn - and confirmation that the game features a standalone storyline focusing on Kirk and Spock. Now we also know that the actors from J.J. Abrams’ movies, Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto, provide voice work. It’s out in early 2013.

Tekken Tag Tournament 2

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 continues to rumble towards its summer release. With more than 50 brawlers, new moves and combos, it’s shaping up pretty well. It’s out on September 11th in NA and September 14th in Europe.

Dragon Ball Z Kinect

We’ve also got a trailer and screens for Dragon Ball Z Kinect. Due in October, the game also gives control of around 50 characters, allowing you to perform real DBZ-style moves gesturally. When the infuriating little gadget is in the mood to work, presumably. It’s out this October.

Whats with the One Piece pic, I thought that game was PS3 exclusive?


Kinda looking forward to DBZ kinect, but I don't really trust it.

What about news on the Dark Souls DLC? I am about 75% of the way through my first playthrough and enjoying it (yes I am dying a lot but that was expected).

Nice line up not sure on the one piece bit wonder if they will post on a new naruto game seen as last year naruto and daz got announced at the same time

Sadly he used the same headline for both this article and its sister article over on PS3Trophies. The JRPG is the PS3 exclusive Ni No Kuni, and the TTT2 pic is actually from the One Piece Dynasty Warriors game, which is also PS3 exclusive.

I'm looking forward to this Star Trek game. I did enjoy Abrams' movie, but I grew up with Shatner and Nimoy. It would have been nice to have them do the voice work.

I used to have one but when I hit a rough spot either that or my Xbox had to go, and I sold my PS3 for £200 while my xbox was only worth £80.

@14 What you really should wish is they would release more outside of Japan. They just announced another one, exclusive to PS3, but its a sequel to a Tales game we never got here, Tales of Xillia, so we'll probably never get this one either.

@15 Yeah More tales games outside of japan would be nice, i live in europe so i have all they we have been given so far. I also a have a Ps3 so even if they release more Tale games for the US but not EU i can import them thanks to PS3 being region free just like i did with tales of graces f.
