| Meh, Dracula may cry 2. I really tried to enjoy lord of shadows but it turned out into a steaming pile of poo in contrast to all the other CV games. |

Just in case (SPOILERS AHEAD FOR FIRST GAME)
So wait, is the Belmont clan going after Dracula, who is Gabriel Belmont? Because when said like this...
"While Dracula yearns for release from his immortality, he must strive to reacquire his old powers and his castle holds the key.
However, with the Belmont clan planning the vampire lord's ultimate destruction, it might not be so simple for Dracula."
Implies that you are Dracula. Could we get some clarification?

Okay, hold the phone. Apparently Dracula means "Son of the Dragon". Going by how Gabriel refers to himself as Dracul, in the ending of Castlevania:LoS, that must mean that the silver haired guy is Dracula. Not to mention that Gabriel turns into that smoke dragon in the trailer which helps that notion.
And if that's true, I am not as confused. |

| I'm really looking forward to this game. I found the first game to be pretty challenging, and I didn't even play it on the hardest difficulty! I'm a bit of a button masher, if I'm honest; really not very good at combos, but this is still a day one purchase for me as the game, story and art of the first one was totally brilliant. Cannot wait! |

| Awesome. Absolutely loved the first Lords of Shadow. Thing is though, do we play as gabriel(now dracula/vampire and evil or at least somewhat hatful) or do we play as someone else and have to kill gabriel/dracula? I mean, all the other games its about killing vampires and doing right, right? |

| YES!!! Just make the combat more satisfying and deeper and add better bosses/puzzles and this game will ROCK! The first game's narrative pulled me through. Such an amazing ending. |

The synopsis for this article is very misleading, i'm also not too concerned about spoilers here since this is the trailer for a sequel.
Gabriel IS Dracula so we wont be fighting him, unless they go the Prototype 2 route and turn the hero into the villain.
This trailer also appears to be in the past since the last time we saw Gabriel he was alive in the present day.
White haired guy the way i see it can be one of two people. Either its a member of the true Belmont clan from the original cannon, Or probably more likely thats Alucard, Draculas son. Looks very interesting either way. |

I believe Gabriel is the villain.
And most probably you will play with the white haired guy,there is a reason why they dont show us his face,only a reflection in the sword.
I m sure he is Alucard.
Have you also noticed that no Kojima on this?
This game will be great. |

| Oh my! This trailer looks amazing!!! Absolutely a first day collector's edition purchase. Not the biggest fan of 3D Castlevania games but the first Lords Of Shadow was great. I'm still hoping Konami will develop a Castlevania for the 3DS next. ^_^ |

They are working on a game for the 3DS. It's called Mirrors of Fate. I'm looking forward to it. They just put out a teaser trailer for it too. |

| I loved the first Lords of Shadow game, it was for me the most seriously underrated game of 2010! I think they got the look and feel of the old Castlevania games spot on with some of the most jaw dropping environments ive ever seen in a game. Loved the variety of enemies in the game and all the boss battles. Seriously cant wait for this! |

I'm confused.
Are we playing Gabriel/Dracula or a new Belmont that has to fight Gabriel (like the 3DS midquel)?
Is Gabriel going to fight a Dracula to take his place as the new Dracula? Is that what's happening here?
I don't understand, and this article seems to not know either. |

| It's rebooted forget the direction this looks SICKTASTIK! Ultimate sleeper hit of all time imo, and this will be no different. Day one purchase. Still can't beat the first one on Paladin, it's simply the hardest action game out there now. So Epic... must watch the trailer again. |
