so is the 4th of july just an excuse for a piss up then? or do you all take it to heart and get patriotic when you see that flag waving? eg. christmas is family time to some people where as others see it as paid time off work to get wasted.

"the Xbox 360 edition of Unreal Tournament 3 includes five new maps, two new characters and a new splitscreen mode, as well as all of the previously released downloadable content for the PC and PS3 editions. In addition to that, Mark Rein was wrong about the user-created mods that were supposed to "play a role" in the Xbox 360 version of the game, it's not going to happen."

It's not that user mods won't work with 360, it's because Live is a closed network. Microsoft like to keep control of everything. With PC and PS3 it's open, so users can generate whatever content they want, when they want and then upload it, there is very little in the way of regulations.
I heard rumour this would also come with some kind of Gears 2 goodie on the disc, though it wasn't specified or even speculated as to what it could be. Don't quote me though! |
