West/Zampella vs. Activision Trial Delayed

The long-awaited courtroom showdown between Activision and ex-Infinity Ward heads Jason West and Vince Zampella has been postponed.

The trial had been due to get going yesterday, but proceedings - relating to West and Zampella’s dramatic exit from the company - will now kick off on Friday. The delay is the result of difficulties assembling a suitable jury pool.

Superior Court Judge Elihu Berle also ruled that the case must be completed within 22 working days. Attorneys had requested 30 days but the judge wants a ruling by 2nd July.

@4 Them winning would restore COD to what it was before they raped it. The quality of the CODMW brand has went down hill drasticly since the entire staff of IW fell appart. I'd love for them to win, maybe the game will become less stale with actual creative mindnd working on the game.

I was all for Infinity Ward back in the day, Call of Duty 4 is still my most treasured COD game, it was to me perfect in every way. MW2 & MW3 for story lines were good, but the multi-players were so-so.

So infinity ward doesn't matter to me since the team from COD 4 have all left. I hope Zampella and West, get all the credit and cash they should have in the first place!

AND next time please don't post a pic of that scumbag, I'm not gunna say his name, Hoe Dick! lol
