| @7 I agree. I think that SR3 was a bit worse or just on par with SR2, which isn't good for a sequel. I hope they make it as long(or hopefully) longer than SR2 but keep SR3 fun wacky shit in there. Also PLEASE bring back septic avenger and fuzz. |

@10 would dome, SRTT was a brilliant game just wayyyy too short, they need the length of SR2 and the separate activities back with the style of SRTT and they will be onto a real winner.
they could also do with giving the saints their balls back so to speak :P compared to the first two games they were really lacking in the psychotiocness i loved from them |

| I only hope that SR4 brings back all of the side mission stuff from SR2. The graphics and story was better in 3, but the overall game in 2 was better. |

How about making Saints Row 4 that "next gen" project? There's no need to rush another half-assed game like The Third out in the next two years before the new console comes.
Volition needs to go back to the drawing board and make sure SR4 is a complete game WITH competetive multiplayer please. |

What I'd like to see is that this stand-alone comes with all the dlc.
@22 I think what they are doing is like Undead nightmare was to Red dead.
You already have the map sorted, so hopefully a lot of new things to do.
Me personally wish they had created a better city in the first place. First two games had much better city to play around. No matter where you are in the city, quick look around and you know where you are on the map cuz everywhere is recognisable. SR3 even after I completed the game I was still going back to the map. |

SR3 was over to quickly and even someone with zero skill could get 1000g on it, where as on SR2, some of the later levels in activities are just impossible for some.
I would have liked an import feature to bring your SR2 character in as mine was ace and so many custom tools had been taken away in SR3.
I actually liked the CD and Tag collecting.
Toxic avenger, fuz, protecting the celebrity, demolition derby, fight club were awesome to do.
Hitman and car jacking side missions were better in SR2. |

Hopefully SR4 will take more than two days to complete...it annoyed me that they took out all the good activities and highly downgraded the character customization.
I'll likely buy SR4 though, as I am a loyal member of the Saints Row fanbase. |

Saints Row 4 will hopefully be awesome.
1) make the map at least as big & varied as in SR2
2) don't kill the good characters in the 1st 10 minutes...or at all
3) no more Snatch & Escort. Bring back Fuzz, Septic Avenger & Demo Derby
4) Chop Shop and Hitman should be like in 2
5) no more "choices". took some of the fun out of 3
6) MORE customization, not LESS
7) keep the activities separate. the story missions should be MISSIONS
8) more to spend money on, including more upgrade options
9) CDs and Tags. WAY more fun to find than sex dolls and drugs
10) no online pass. at least don't lock system link behind it dumbfucks
11) all DLC should be full of content. no more alt activities, 3 short missions or fun weapons/abilities that can't be used after
12) bring back races
13) SR2 level soundtrack. 3 was a bit disappointing. In fact, custom soundtrack station please
14) can we PLEASE kill Dex this time?
15) bring back the hidden locations |

Make it more like SR2, Bring back all the customization options from SR2 you took out, Bring back the music shops/graffiti/CD's, Give us more clothes & better outfits like you did in SR2, Give us the option to have more decent taunts ect & not be over the top stupid & most importantly allow us to re-watch the cut scenes (which are still good) like you did in SR2!
You can keep the upgradeable character options & updated graphics from SR3 but that's about it. |

| @20 - Shivering Isles and Awakening are standard expansion packs, and they always require the main game. Standalone packs are just that: standalone. See the Infamous 2 pack, Festival of Blood, for a proper standalone jobbie, or the retail GTA IV expansions (not the downloadables, as they require the main game). |

SR2 was awesome but SR3 was a letdown. I had that game finished in a day.
THQ better hurry up and release SR4 because when GTAV is released we all know the SR series will be set aside, just my opinion. |
