| I feel that there are just too many shooters and so I rarely play and buy them. After playing the demo I was suprised at how smooth the controls felt. I will be renting this for sure, thought they nailed the gameplay. |

I'm really impressed by the demo. Just finished it and all I gotta say is wow. Another 3rd person shooter who manages to take what gears did and do it better. The controls were simple yet effective and the gunplay felt tight. Especially when you shoot someone they actually you know, died? Not unloading a clip into someone works wonders for the fun factor.
All in all I'm curious where the rabbit hole goes and I'm willing to take a trip. If the MP's hit detection is spot on and lag free/little lag as possible, I could really see this as a great alternative 3ps that isn't gears. |

Thought the demo was pretty good.
Seems to have a pretty slick story to tell.
A little slow paced gameplay wise, you could take your time, maybe let you team take out most of the enemies for you.
Liked the momentary slow-mo when you get a headshot.
Seemed to run out of ammo with the main AR pretty quickly, so I can see changing guns a lot in the main game.
Thought the voice acting was fine, but the characters didn't provide any body language to match what they were saying.
The intel seemed easy to find, so I doubt I'll need a guide to find everything, which is nice.
Shame they didn't have anything harder than Normal mode, would like to see how brutal they are.
Yeah, I can definitely see me picking this up when it gets to the £20 mark. |

I'll probably try this out later, although I did play the multiplayer beta when that was live the year before last I think it was.
I wasn't to impressed, not enough people in the beta to get decent games and then it wasn't very fun anyway.
Here's hoping this SP demo's better. |

| Awesome this game has been on my wanted list so long ever sinds they gave details away about the story and stuff. Now we getting a demo thats even better :) The best is when i saw the achievements list here just a few days ago.. NO MP achievements!! Yes!! I can imagine some not bothering to much about them while others enjoy having them, but instead what usualy happens when there achievements involved in MP ppl start to play just for that instead of just enjoying a good mp match. This said its ofcourse awesome Nolan North doing capt. Walkers voice, he,s def one of the best know voice actors out there atm. But i do like the story of this game and also how the team of Spec-Ops realy seem to suffer from battle and the unfolding events, as one dev said it in a vid, u realy see and even hear they getting beat up by all events and u see it on their clothes and also hear thei voices not being so clear anymore. I do like these choice options some games giving u some to more extend then others, but here it realy seems to have a big effect whatever choices u make and they not all clear marked from start as being good or bad. |

| I have it ready for download as soon as I get home. Plan is to finish Back to the Future and then check this out. I was thinking if I should buy this or Max Payne3, but Max won the argument, so maybe demo will sway me back on this side=D |

| I thought the demo was pretty good. It wasn't spectacular but it showed me that this game isn't as complete shit as a lot of people have said. Might pick this up down the road as I have alot of games pre ordered and really don't want to spend a lot of money games. |

@21 I'm still waiting for an /sarcasm at the end of your post.
This game doesn't hold a finger let alone a stub to Gears of War.
The cover system is clunky as hell. (2 different buttons for in cover actions A & B? Who thought this was a good idea?)
All the guns feel and sound the same. The only thing going for it is the story.
This game was announced a long time ago and had it come out shortly after announcement it would have been passable. As it is now it's more of an embarrassment. |

| Its funny to see how ppl always love to crack down any 3th person shooter game that comes out, its always something they find that doesn,t suit their ordinary gaming needs. Face it ppl games not only exist that have to be in the same fucking height as COD or BF or even Gears Of War. I,m kinda sick to see every fucking game gets somehow compared with COD, that game isn,t the standard for any game its just a run down the mill, on rail based shooter with cinamatic moments in it. Grow up gamers and learn not every game has to be a fucking FPS! |
