Yup, this is a must buy for me. I've always loved Civilization and while they did remove a lot of micromanagement, I still felt like I had control over my cities. Graphics are the best for a Civ game. Ever. It's not everyone's cup of tea but it's perhaps the best strategy game for the 360. |

The Battlefield Demo is up too. And to that first guy, the battlefield demo is 1.5 gigs, even bigger. I'm definitely downloading both of these though. |

I have always struggled with Civilization games. I just never quite got the hang of them. Civ 4 was the last one I played and the story was the same.
Is the idea conquest (Age of Empires style) or advancement (social / economic)?
My armies always got decimated and the computer would prompt me with suggestions for advancement, which I chose but which also took me out of the game.
I want to get it, but don't. |

Really liked the demo, same intuitive gameplay as the PC games but different enough to keep it interesting. I might be the only person who misses the micromanagement of the older games but.... I'll certainly buy the full game eventually (will wait until it's far less than $60 though). |
