No Brumak, that's a PC version exclusive.
It's just a bunch of things that the Marketplace has already on an extra disc, but for $10 less. |

I'm pretty sure there won't be anymore achievements because it already has the maximum GS of 1250 on the game. The Brumak will probably not be on it, and the two map packs are probably just the ones on the marketplace. I want to get it though because I don't have Gears anymore, it has the Gears of War 2 trailers on it, the gamer pics and themes, and it's cheaper. |

That's lame. A chance to give the xbox fans the five extra missions and they didn't deliver. I understand the it's a pc exclusive yet I don't think anyone is buying the pc version anymore. |

It's not because it's a PC exclusive, it's because the version of Unreal they used for gears PC was far more updated than the one they used for 360. Cliffy B said that they woulda had to put shed loads of in work making the brumak battle + extra chapters available for 360 as a download or indeed an expansion for a special edition. |

Download size is irrelavent, xbox originals are 3-5gb. Shivering isles expansion was nearly a gig. My post above yours explains why there is no extra single player content. The Unreal engine was constantly evolving and the version used for PC was more advanced than the version used for 360. It's not impossible it's just probably not worth their while converting it all back. Which sucks. Anyhow I played it on the PC and it's really not that special. Gears 2 with the updated unreal engine is gonna be awesome. |

they could always make new achievements but that would require them to make a whole new list probably entitled Gears special edition or whatever like theyre doing for lost planet colonies but in GOWs case it would be inappropriate since they arent really adding any new content to the game |

It cant be that much of a different game form what is available on the original disc and downloadable right now. It would interfere with online matches and the Gears of War name on your list of played games with achievements if it was an entirely different version. Just think of it as COD4 and Oblivion Game of the year editions. They arent separate games. |

WHY? All they did was include all the map packs, themes, and trailers they ALREADY HAVE ON THE MARKETPLACE. I just want to see what the Gamer Pics will be and i'm not wasting 40 bucks just to see that when i already have the damn game.

I know that everyone is assuming that it will be a couple of maps that we already have, but they are all free now anyway. I think that they may be new ones as a marketing ploy. I hope they come to marketplace if my suspicion is correct. |
