Not holding much hope for Kinect Fable but fingers crossed, I did enjoy the Gun stringer. Just hope Fable isn't on rails. As for the new team, best of luck. Any studio that vows to make high quality games gets my blessing as opposed to milking a cash cow with annual releases. Perhaps they weren't happy with the direction Fable 3 was pushed and hence wanted to start on their own. #2 Fail straight away. And we know how the thumbs systems works and thumbs down still means your a moron. |

There will still be a Fable 4 right? I hope so, they might not have been all that was promised, but they were still great games. |

| @7 With how stripped down Fable 3 was from Fable 2 (and I've heard Fable 2 was from Fable 1) If they make 4, it will probably have zero or close to zero RPG elements. You'd think that with RPG elements so popular in so many games, devs wouldn't feel the need to throw out so many of them to "appeal to a larger audience" or whatever similar reason they give.Fable 3 was fun, but some one, it didn't even have an inventory! How could that possibly appeal to someone? Not being able to find items you just bought could only be frustrating. |

| Am I the only one here that truly enjoyed each Fable experience? Regardless of P Molyneux's lies? Sure I was dissapointed in how stripped down each game was but I still had fun. Im not interested in Fable: The Journey because I'm not much of an on-rails fan (Although I LOVED The Gunstringer. Definitely one of the best Kinect games out there). But I do hope Lionhead and Peter learn from mistakes in past games and make Fable 4 a lot more RPG oriented and awesome. |

| After playing Kingdoms of Amalur I could care less if another Fable comes out. It'll just be another Molyneaux hype fest that will release with 20% of what they said would be in it. I loved how in Fable 2 and to some degree Fable 3 it didn't matter if you were using a sword, hammer, cleaver, etc. the attack animation was always the same. Then Fable 3 comes out with the worst in game map of all time. That thing was an absolute train wreck. Its the whole fool me once thing and Peter Molyneaux has fooled me enough times to not give a crap about the Fable series. In Fable 3 they wanted us to care. Well, I couldn't care any less... |

| Fable was always a great game, didn't really like the transition from 1>2 but 3 way alright, but to be honest after all the .... lets say nonsense, that molly-boy comes out with it's not hard to seem them picking up sticks and throwing them at him as they run away, lol. but I hope they do some awesome stuff and so does P, mostly in the form of LISTENING TO HIS AUDIENCE!!!! |

@2 Epic EPIC FAIL PMSL Did not see this coming, didn't realise the devs felt so badly about the move, kinda a shame they are moving to digital only with the new studio though, if its the top devs they should def be in the bigger market. I have to be honest, having finally got around to finishing fable 3 (had it since almost release and just never got into it :s) i am interested in what this spinoff studio does. Fable i believe has already outlived its lifespan now, this kinect one is ridiculous, talk about jumping on the bandwagon. |

the last oxm mag had a small tidbit that their was a rumor that Lionhead was hiring for a possible Fable mmorpg(speculation... hmm i wonder if this story changes that story... no more Fable mmo.. perhaps these fellas were not intrigued by a Kinect Fable game.. and decided to move on... @22 LMAO got to love a lil backwards psychology... either way #2 is a tool... yes #19 lol lmao... |

@#11 Don't worry I loved fable too, the only reason why i got 360 in the first place. Fingers crossed for fable 4 to be like the first two and maybe even longer. No matter what I'll get every fable game, besides it's all about fun anyways last time I had fun recently with a game as much as fable would be Deus Ex and Demon/Dark Souls. |

Idk I don't really agree with the fact that the next Fable game is going to be on Kinect. It's almost as if they are alienating the non Kinect crowd when making this decision. I just hope it will be supported as a normal Xbox game with a controller. Mean while in regards to the actual topic. I don't know what to expect from this departure, but I hope that the Fable franchise doesn't get destroyed in the process. Only time will tell though. |

@#37 Agreed. Others don't get it. I played Fable: Lost Chapters recently and it holds up pretty well. Fable 2 is just as good if not better than the first. Some stuff was stripped but buying and upgrading everything was pretty addicting and decisions seemed to have much more of an impact. Fable 1 did walk a fine gray line which was really neat. A lot of the time I was trying to be all heroic but then some twist would happen leaving you with a bit of a dilemna. Fable 3 was also very good and took an interesting approach. I have never paid attention to what PM has said about anything really except when watching the Fable 2&3 dev diaries on Live. Because of this I guess I have never been to disappointed after playing any of the Fable games. On the fence about Journey but I would say Fable 4 is a no brainer. More on-topic: I've never really heard these names before so hopefully they won't be missed that much. Looking forward to whatever both companies end up putting out next. Although I'm a bit skeptical when companies break off and form under the statement of bringing meaningful experiences...thru digital platforms 'like Live Arcade'. I've played some great games on Arcade but it has to be really specail to attain meaningful experience status. Way off-topic now: I've been trying to get extra Potions of Life in Fable 2 as well as collect all the Divinity Gems. Any help would be great. |
