| wont be getting, already put off by hallucinations, the malaria in the 2nd really annoyed me to the point where I just didn't play eva again. Also not forgetting the worst thing bout fc2 was getting to missions, so many enemies on the way, half the time id die before getting to the mission. |

i think the hallucination thing won't be like the malaria thing.

| @2 hopefully its because they are playing on easy. Also pray there are no respawning enemies at checkpoints like in FC2. |

@2 It looked like it only showed where the enemies are if they shot at you or you looked at them. Instead of crowding up the mini-map with dots, they moved it to the middle of the screen. It does look weird, but actually shows you less of exactly where the enemies are than some games.

@8 Those would have to be some really strong shrooms to make him hallucinate throughout the whole game.
Looks like the pills in the doc's house might grant you some special abilities with the side effects being hallucinations. |

| @9 yeah, not sure. It does look really good. I played the second one on a top spec PC but have since had to downscale to an iPad. I play everything on 360 now and am really impressed with what it can do graphically. I mean it's old technology by PC standards, but still managing this kind of quality. We should all be really pleased! |

In a lot of ways the first one was better. For the time it came out there was no other FPS that felt so tactile, the world could be used to your advantage with traps etc. I loved aspects of the second one but thought there was just a bit too much driving around. Also the weapon degradation was just crazy!
If this can take the best of both games it could be a GOTY contender :) |

| I only ever played the original Far Cry. Had such a blast online with that game, and the map editor was awesome. Liked it even more as it was set on a tropical island. But agree with #23, no MP achievements. |

| im going to say it. this game would be a great kinect shooter if they really want to incorporate motion controls. look at the swimming and climbing motions in the second half of the video, they are perfect for kinect. i might even get a kinect for this game alone |

| Game looks better everytime. And the jungle setting for games never gets old in my opinion. First day purchase for me. And people who say it's hopefully better ten 2. Have you ever seen a ubisoft game that didn't make up for the faults in the prvious game? I think ubisoft is one of the few companies who listens and try to make it so much better everytime wit a new sequel. |

| For people complaining about the hallucination part, maybe he was only hallucinating because he fell in the water, and the mushrooms had released something into the water? So only for that one section he was hallucinating. |
