Project Draco Renamed Crimson Dragon, Says Aussie Ratings Board

Remember Project Draco, the airborne Kinect shooter? Well, now it’s called Crimson dragon, according to the Aussie Classification Board.

While there has been no official announcement, the facts add up. Project Draco was always a temporary name, after all. Plus, y’know, dragons. It’s a game about dragons.

Rated M for mature audiences, Crimson Dragon features "fantasy violence" and online functionality, as evidenced by the old “Gaming experience may change online” disclaimer.

Dan previewed the game, dubbed Panzer Dragoon for the new generation, back in September last year. He said, “Project Draco’s depth is going to appeal more to core gamers than possibly any Kinect title.”

Still no proper release date yet. Project Draco/Crimson Dragon is due to hit XBLA this year.

	I got all excited for a new xbox game and then I saw it was for the kinect, now I'm all disappointed.

	i've been waiting for this since it was announced. it'll be awesome on kinect. but not sure how good it'll be as an xbla game. no offense but i would have perfered a full retail disc game over a xbla game. after reading the article on xbla games costs 40,000 just for patches alone. so i'm very secptical. didnt like haunt & was stoked for it. it then became an xbla game. got really silly with the guy in the picture. then becomes a kids version of rise of nightmares. i hope this isnt anouther haunt attempt. we need more adult type games for kinect. so i hope this is a core game. focused on the mature gamer. i enjoy my kinect, have over 20 games for it. so it'd be nice for this to be non rail, dragoon style, mature game. with customization, weapons, tons of mounts, tons of different areas & so forth. it also needs more vids & a demo. demos sell games & kinect needs more demos.
