Wayne Rooney Swaps Goals for Golf Clubs in Tiger Woods 13 Pre-Order DLC

A collection of Premier League stars, including granny lover Wayne Rooney, are heading to Tiger Woods PGA Tour Golf 13 as pre-order bonus characters in the UK. Yes, you read that right.

The rest of the footballing foursome are Theo Walcott, Petr Cech and James Milner, according to MCV. Mental.

That's not all though. UK fans who pre-order the game from Blockbuster will also receive a further “golfer foursome” DLC pack, featuring four American sporting heroes, including ice hockey star Jeremy Roenick, boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard, American Football Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk and basketball star Dwight Howard.

While you wrap your head around that bizarre little announcement you can enjoy a new Tiger Woods 13 vid below. This one stars the amiable Bubba Watson trussed up in a mo-cap suit. “Why wouldn't you want to see more Bubba?” says Bubba. We've got no idea.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 is out in the US on March 27th, before crossing the pond to Europe on March 30th.

I suppose it's a good way to promote their franchise, having players from Arsenal, Man City, Man U and Chelsea will perhaps sway over potential buyers. With emphasis on perhaps.

I came in with the 'Wayne Rooney Cliche Bingo' card full of excitement about getting a couple of lines in this topic, and let's just say the tweens did not dissappoint.

I wonder who has the last laugh whilst they are hoovering up £250,000 worth of pies a week whilst playing Xbox on their fat arse with an ugly missus pandering to their every whim?
