The other day I went into Best Buy and asked if they had GTA- Grand Theft Auto and the guy at the desk said "Sorry, I don't know what that game is, can you explain it to me?"
So I said "Oh, you go around hooking up with girls, smashing car windshields, making lots of money, all that stuff."
Anyway he says "I'll go out back and see what we have."
A few moments later he comes back with PGA Tour 10 and says "Is this it?" |

So basically they just copied Sports Season 2? The only difference I see is graphics and the aim thing. It's a little disappointing for what they could have bought to the table.
Looks like i'll be using mainly the controller... |

alls i gotta say is EA Sports Better not even think about doing this for NHL 13. cause that would be the worst idea they would ever come up with. it would literally ruin the whole entire game. even if they did still allow you to play with the controller. it would still take away that memory which allows the player to use the kinect, and instead of trying to do anything with the kinect, they could've actually just made the game a good game for once. cause Every year its like they just copy and past the same code from previous years, tweak a little adjustments. Add a new boring mode for no apparent reason. and say OMG Its NHL 12 ALL NEW Best NHL Game To date. and so on with they're stupid marketing schemes. they need to actually think of the people who play the game. and hate the fact that its not realistic what so ever. you dont see glitch goals in real life, you dont see defensemen not be able to do ANYTHING you dont see passes allllll the way from one end to the other. and if you do its a RARITY.
bottom line. EA just dont mess up NHL 13 and actually put out a good product that isnt garbage for online play. cause thats like the only reason why people play sports game mainly to play online. atleast i know i do. |

| How many courses are they going to try to sell to us this year? That was BS last year. EA has pushed me away from a ton of games that I used to buy on a yearly basis. |

| yeah they are by far the worst game company out there who milks every little thing as DLC. i mean they even got the $10 online pass to actually work. that is BS i think. cause 2 years ago it was unheard of. but now all of a sudden its a must thing since EA started it, it was just the foot in the door for allllll the other company's to follow suit. BS flatout. |

| No classic 3 hit swing means I won't be getting it. Always hated the analog swing, and now you have to use it... no thanks. Oh, and this is about the only use I have for Kinect... even tho I don't have one, nor do I want one. |

So I'm confused... you face the screen and reach toward it to drag and move the screen/cursor around, which makes sense. But when you want to actually swing, instead of hitting the "ball" towards the screen, you smack it to the left and NOT towards the green???? Seems odd.
Hopefully it's just the kinect camera happens to be on the left side of the room. Problem is, though, that if that were true, reaching towards the screen to drag like he did wouldn't work.

| Bitof a delay on the follow through of his swing. No doubt its just an EA tag on feature (as usual) rather than building this years game with Kinect in mind. |

| @16 if you would face to the right like you would normally golfing the kinect would have a hard time seeing your hands so if you face directly at the tv it can actually gauge your swing pretty well |

If you hit a bad shot can you wrap your 9 iron round your caddies neck or launch it into the nearest lake, if that's the case then it has just got too real count me out. I bought my xbox to get away from exercise
