I think Skyrim is probably my most played game this year. My latest save is about 130 hours, and I probably lost about another 10 hours in deaths and reloads etc. That's longer than any other 360 game except Fallout 3 I think. I played Fallout 3 through twice though.
I think torchlight would be top of my XBLA play time but I'm not so sure about that. |

I'm actually surprised Gears of War 3 isn't higher, if only because a lot of people idle certain medals for hours on end. Multiply those hours by thousands of people doing it and you've got some serious game time o.o
I'm also quite surprised that DR: Case Zero is in the list of XBLA titles. Even if it did go on sale a few times, the game isn't all that large, you couldn't stretch it out to more than a few hours play, unlike games like Castle Crasher and Pinball FX!
Also since when is Game Room XBLA? |

| CoD4 was unplayable last I checked about 2 months ago... still pretty high up on the list though. Cannot believe MW3 ranked that high for coming out so late in the year. |

I think people are reading the chart wrong. It's not the total time played of the game, just highest amount of unique users. So there could be 10 people that pop in MW3 for a one time thing, but 2 people that play Reach for weeks. So MW3 would be rated higher just because more people "played" it.
So it's not really good to go by if you want to see how much cumulative time each game has clocked. |

@6. I don't own any Call of Duty games, and have no desire to own one. Never been much of a fan of FPS games either, although some are good.
Onm another note, I contributed to that list with Skyrim and Trials. 2 great games. |

This is a classic example why the wait for the next gta is always a good thing.
The fact the game is still on that list is a huge achievement in its self.
For me nothing tops Gta ever
Its even better that its that high up too.

@17 - You fail to realise MW3 came out, what? 3 days before Skyrim and it was above it.
I love Skyrim, yeah. But if MW2 beat it, and that's been out for years now, MW3 would easily beat it considering it came second and its only been out three days more than Skyrim. |

Can I please stress this: On three separate occasions, I have seen Stone Devil bitching and insulting CoD. Yet when I looked at his Gamertag, Black Ops and MW2 were his last played games. On ALL THREE occasions.
So, basically, he's just trying to look cool. And failing. Dramatically. Which I find somewhat hilarious. |

How can they add the travesty that was the Battlefield 3 BETA on this list.
Not only because it's not even a full game, but because it was a steaming pile of shit, and probably the worst 'beta-demo' to ever curse my console.
Long live Call of Duty at the end of the day.
I plan on getting Black Ops back soon, I kinda miss it, it's weird.
Haven't played MW3 properly for maybe a month, it's not that exciting online after week 1 or 2 and the maps are mundane. |

| just becuase one game is above another, doesn't make it better, just means it's sold more. im a lover of both COD and Eldar Scrolls, and all the hate between the two gets on my wick. my theory on why COD has sold more is when i look at my friends list there are two types of gamers, first there are gamers like me who will play both COD and Skyrim, then there are gamers who will play judt COD on multiplayer endlessly and nothing else. so of course COD will sell more. |
