The Xbox 360 Chopper Hits the Streets of Australia

Motors will run hot in the coming weeks as the Xbox 360 Chopper cruises its way around shopping centres in Sydney and Newcastle.

On public display for the very first time, the bespoke handcrafted bike by Dave Harvey from GLH Custom Choppers will be visiting shopping centres throughout the cities, giving gamers and shoppers the chance to get hands on with this two-wheeled modern marvel.

This one-off work of chopper art is the main prize in a retail promotion by GAME stores across the country. Its slick flowing lines evoke the Xbox 360’s hallmark styling and finishing touches recall various elements unique to the console.

With custom paintwork from world renowned airbrush artist Wayne Harrison, famous for his work with the Discovery Channel’s ‘Orange County Chopper’ team, it features a massive 883cc Sportster engine and rolls on magnificent 18 and 21 inch billet chrome wheels.

Throughout April and May customers who purchase a special Xbox 360 console bundle at GAME will go into the major prize draw for a chance to win the Xbox 360 Chopper bike – which is valued at up to $80,000* - and also receive one “scratch to win” game card. The instant win prize pool is valued at over $200,000 and includes prizes such as Samsung LCD TVs, exclusive GAME/MTV/Microsoft party tickets, Xbox 360 games, Xbox LIVE trial kits, Halo 3 hats, and GAME discount vouchers.

During May the Xbox 360 Chopper Bike will on show at various locations around Sydney and Newcastle, including those listed below:

The only part of it that really makes it an Xbox bike is the part you're sitting on and the "dash" (is that what you call it on a bike?).
