Yay for supporting devs!Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 11:34 AM
Will this fix how amazingly cheap the AI is? Or how most of the fatalities are unresponsive?Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 11:42 AM
You can't "Fix" the AI, as the AI is exactly how it should be. These games are replicas of the arcade games from the 90's and changing them would be an injustice to those that bought them for what they are.Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 11:46 AM
Anyone know what exactly is getting and/or needs patched? Anyways, this game is upposed to be 50% off on Friday so I will be getting it then! :)Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 11:51 AM
#4. Well, there's really nothing that I know of, but at least they should be fixing some sound issues and other lengthy stuff, and people said that they also wanted the achievements patched cause sometimes they don't unlock for them, and last but not least, the online...Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 12:02 PM
I encountered a bug...namely my achievement for finishing MK 1 didn't pop after the fight with MK 1 Goro for the first time in goodness knows how many years almost gave me a stroke AND THEN Shang Tsung seemed to be favouring a strategy focussed on turning into Goro....sooo angry at the loss of ability to do something I managed easily when I was 10.Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 12:10 PM
all the devolpers did, was Push out MKArcade on release date, just to make a quick buck, even though MKArcade is Broken. now months after Release Of MKArcade, a patch comes. when there should have been a patch, on release date.Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 12:32 PM
@ #4 and 5 There were lots of bugs in this game. Everything from the achievements to the audio. In UMK3 Scorpion says, "Get Over ....." and it cuts him off. The online was filled with lag and very hard to play. I'm glad that a patch is finally coming out but I wonder if it's too late for MKAK.Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 12:33 PM
Well seeing as its on sale soon this is probably a good thingWednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 12:40 PM

Been waiting for this patch for a while so i can buy the game i hope it's a big patch & fixes most of the problems. And where did you guys hear that MKAK was gonna be on sale for 400 points got a link?Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 01:45 PM
must admit i had no problems at all with this game, although i only needed to fight 2 fights online for the cheevos so lucky me lolWednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 02:28 PM
@2 I think that's called being bad.Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 03:01 PM
I maxed this out a while ago and the on-line is just about unplayable it's so laggy. I enjoyed the single player alright, forgot how cheap the AI was in MKII. That's pathetic it took them so long to fix such an old collection of games and that it was pushed out the door with so many problems.Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 04:00 PM
I completely forgot I had this game. Might try a round online to see how the patch affects that, but I got my perfect win achievement first attempt thanks to how bad the netcode was.Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 05:01 PM
Yeah I'm pissed I got this at 800. I want to go and 200/200 it, but ever since I beat one of them and didn't get my achievement it's been putting me off, just a little. Been waiting for a patch... this better fix it.Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 07:18 PM
Wish this patch came out sooner. Had to beat the game 7 fucking times before the achievement unlocked. As far as I'm concerned this game can burn in hell.Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 07:25 PM
I read the title as, "Mortal Kombat Arkade Kollection Patch Koming in a Kouple of Weeks"Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 09:07 PM
Picking this up for 400. Im too poor ):Wednesday, November 23, 2011 @ 10:40 PM
Finally. They should refund people who bought it at launch though, because we've been waiting almost 4 months for a patch.Thursday, November 24, 2011 @ 04:38 AM
The difficulty is broken... Very easy to very hard dont make a diffence...Thursday, November 24, 2011 @ 05:00 AM
@23 - Sounds like Street Fighter II HD Turbo Remix (or whatever it's called)Thursday, November 24, 2011 @ 06:02 AM
What's with all the thumbs down for #2? They asked a legit question, and yes the fatalities are very unresponsive and the time to do them is incredibly short, a lot of times when I attempt them halfway through pressing the buttons time runs out :(

Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection hasn't got off to the best start on XBLA, unplayable online for some and plagued with a few performance issues to boot. NetherRealm and Other Ocean promised a patch to smooth over the problems in time for September, but that's since been delayed.
"Testing, submitting & approvals is a LONG process," NetherRealm's Ed Boon explained in a tweet.
"We have been made aware of the issues with the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection and are currently working on a patch to address them for all systems," Warner Games also told Eurogamer back in October. "Our goal is to ensure the best gaming experience possible for anyone playing a Mortal Kombat game and aim to get things fixed asap. Please stay tuned for updates on when a patch will be released."
Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection's patch will now be coming "around" December 6th, Boon confirmed, which should hopefully fix the issues with the XBLA title, which bundles Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat II and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 into one package for 800 Microsoft Points.
