| I'm really glad they managed to sort this out before release. Maybe Silent Hill 3's original recording could be added later as DLC is they manage to get permission from the actress. |

| SH3 wise i always thought Hether acted abit 'slow' to be honest. Maybe a new voice actress would improve it. SH2 however was perfect and the new voices are horrific in the wrong way :( |

| Well the main selling point for this is SH3 for me. I've been looking around for it but can't find it in any stores (I'm not fond of looking online to be honest) I managed to get SH2 and 4 for £7.99 the 2 both in mint condition. But having 2&3 would be nice, would have made more sense to have 1&3 on one collection and 2&4 on another seeing as they are more linked to each other from what I have been told. I'm happy as long as the story isn't touched. New vocal work or not the games are still amazing. |

Should have had SH1 and 4.
I already own all the SH games, so I really don't need to get this, but having SH1 on a modern system would've been nice. Oh well.
Having said that, disappointed that they couldn't get Heather back. I hope her replacement is the girl who played her in Shattered Memories, then. SH3 is easily my favorite in the series, so this is depressing.
What's going on with music btw? Is it retaining the old music? Or are we getting new music? Or both? |

Thank you Guy for helping to make this happen and all the other cast of Silent Hill 2. I love the original voices in Silent Hill 2 but I may play through Silent Hill 2 once just to hear the new voices. However, there isn't anything like the original voices.
Just so people know Guy forwarded Heather Morrison's most recent talent agency to Tom Hullett to see if they can get a hold of her so we can hopefully get the original voices for Silent Hill 3.
I don't really care for Silent Hill 3 so this isn't really a big deal to me but I did like Heather's voice in Silent Hill 3.
I prefer Silent Hill 4 though over Silent Hill 3 so it is sad to see that SH4 isn't in this collection. |

| Amazing news! The new voiceovers for silent hill 2, although were well done and well delivered, just weren't the same, or have that connection I got with the original voices. So glad to hear this! shame about 3 though. |

| Love how they call it "Silent Hill Collection" when SH1 and 4 are not included. More a half arsed collection if you ask me. Only thing going for it is achievements will have been added. Shame really, as I would have bought it had all 4 games been included. |

FUCK. The new voices for SH2 were recorded so poorly that I can't see the new Heather voice being any better.
Also, while I would have like to have SH4 in here, SH1 missing makes sense from a technical standpoint because it would be too hard to update graphically. Which is a shame because it is still the scariest game of all time. |

Silent Hill 4 wasn't a Silent Hill game. It was a completely different game that at the last second they realized was going to do terrible if they released it, so they shoehorned a couple of Silent Hill references into it and retitled it.
Sort of like they did with Super Mario Brothers 2, only that was related to difficulty and not game-horribility. |
