| If the women in the game have big tits and there are minigames where you can have sex with them then count me in, the show seems to have alot of that anyway. |

@2 Thing about that is when you read the books they made the TV Series look clean and family friendly

| @6 I know the feeling, I'm near the end of the last book and I'm milking it for all its worth, you just know its going to be at least 5 years til the next one. That said the idea of the game looks interesting, there is a huge amount of back story within all the books mostly talking about Roberts rise to power so this is one to watch. |

As a general rule, games make shit films, and films make shit games. Were it not for this, this announcement would have overjoyed me.

Odd. The TV series felt more like political intrigue than action. (never read the books) So an action game seems a bit, I don't know, incongruous with the feel of the show.
But, hey, if it turns out to be a good game, who cares? |

Holy Winterfell! Fanboy mode activated. Looking forward to this one, hoping it doesn't blow. Way too much material in that setting to drop the ball. A halo wars style RTS would work wonders in the console. A straight up RPG and/or action/adventure (a la uncharted) can go in so many directions.

Yeh, working through crows as well. If this is the rebellion it should be pretty epic and wont suffer from them trying to make the books into a game. Not much in the books about the war so yeh, lookin forward to this.
Dont know if is ment to be him but the.first guy is the spitting image of james cosmo who played Mormont of the nightwatch |

| I just started watching the series (a friend forced me too) and I'm addicted. I plan on picking up the novels after I'm done watching season 1 seeing how S2 doesn't start till July is it? The next book is out in 5 years? Balls. Oh well its another series I can enjoy and I'll let my friend know how awesome the game looks she'll be stoked, she canceled Skyrim for this lol. |

| The books are amazing! I havnt been addicted to a series this much since Stephen Kings' "The Dark Tower." ...That said, I really hope this game doesnt butcher George R.R. Martin's work. Anyway, "words are wind" - lets see if the Gods honor us with a good rpg ;) |

OK - I'm glad the game writing is being overseen by Martin himself, that's awesome and should keep it authentic and not just some lazy cash-grab tie-in....but....words are wind indeed, lets see that 6th book! |
