| the invincible pack will disable achievements. it also disables autosave so you have to save over your manual save to screw up your game. |

Yay, now cheats cost money. Something that was once free and used for fun and they also disable autosave and achievements. Sure, I will go buy that pack right away /sarcasm.
I am kind of disappointed with Saints Row 3 so far. I loved Saints Row 2 so much though so much fun. |

Maybe I am too old school...maybe not progressive enough...but am I the only one sick of how these companies milk you for the very last bit of coin they can. They don't even try to hide it now, with Saints Row and others (just announced DLC for Assassin's Creed:Revelations) being the case in point. If you have DLC out just days after release that just smacks of "Hey, let's cut this out of the retail and turn around to get more!". You have to be kidding me! In this economy they are lucky anyone is actually buying these games at $60 bucks a pop, so why screw the people who are.

| season pass has 2 vehicles and 2 costumes right away then 3 mission packs (like saints 2 dlc i guess) that come out later |

| QUESTION! I heard elsewhere that the cheats from the Invincible Pack are actually in the game already, unlockable by reaching a certain level. However, I personally haven't played the game anywhere near enough to be able to confirm that myself... so, is anyone else able to comment on this? |

@15 - There certainly are cheats in the game that can be activated by using the phone, heres a list.

But there seems to be no code for invincibility or infinite ammo, that may just mean no one has figured out the code yet. |

| all cheats disable achievements. and you dont need the dlc your friend does. they can use their stuff in your game. |

So, the gun is 160 points, that is a 3D model of a gun with animation and programming.

You know what...
...I was going to buy Saint's Row 3... like, as soon as possible... but paying for cheats? That is a new kind of low. I don't care if it's $3. I don't care if I don't HAVE to buy it. The idea that someone over at THQ or Volition or whomever said, "Let's take a couple of cheats out of the game, separate them, and sell them for an extra $3!" is a whole different level of low.
I'm getting very close to renouncing my video game habits solely because the games nowadays are getting to the point where they're just being shoveled out with no true innovation and solely for profit, and not with the gamers in mind. I'll just stick with my Wii and the Virtual Console games I grew up with that don't try to nickel and dime me at every corner, and the 360 games I have now that are staples in my collection. |

Unbelieveable. If this is the pattern of games with DLC cut out at the last minute and then sold back to us as "a treat", then it's no wonder that the second hand market is thriving.
Shit, I'll wait until they release a GOTY version or simply buy it second hand at less than half price and pay for the DLC with the savings I make from not buying full retail. Disgusting. |

If you play the game long enough you can just buy infinite ammo and invincibility anyway.. so i guess this is for the people who have no patience,seeing these disable achievements and the ones you can buy ingame don't i'm not gonna get them xD
the shark gun looks cool, considering getting it but not sure yet, bought the season pass yesterday straight away tho :D |

| isn't it true that if you fully upgrade ur character they become invicible, cuz im level 50 and i cant die from bullets fire falling or explosion, and they already have inifite ammo if you fully upgrade ur guns and buy the upgrade, its sad that they are selling you stuff thats in the game if you look hard enough =( |
