*Sigh*. Racing games have THE worst achievements. But the only racing games on the mart now is NFS so it will be a welcome relief. Oh and GRID/PURE. |

if you like racing games then the achievements look pretty good, if you dont then they may seem very much a grind. Still depending on my money I may buy this after Christmas. |

They don't look bad, what else can you expect from a racing game? I can't think of any achievements that would be great for a racing game other than Unlock this car and Unlock that car. Which isn't all that great.
Anyways, I'm excited for this game. |

First MC was great, loved it at the time. Now Forza 2 is great and these 'tuner' car games have just lots their appeal. No one's into 'The Fast and the Furious' 'thing' anymore, it's been and gone. I know there's a new movie coming out next year, my gf is crazy about it :-(.
I like R* but they are selling out and GTAIV is very boring now. Hell, I even played GTA: San Andreas yesterday! |

The achievements look fair besides the capture the flag ones wtf is that all about??? but i am lookin at getting this after launch. I enjoyed Dub edition and had a blast the serects are not that bad.. If people are looking for fav 5 or capture the flag achieves hit me up and send a message and we can knock em out together. |

What happened to basing a game on its performance, gameplay, mechanics, graphics, re-play value and overall fun. Why do people rate games and decide if its worth a purchase based on their achievements alone? Achievements are a nice addition to games but I will never decide if I want a game or don't want a game based on computer generated numbers. Or how easy or hard they are to obtain in a game. Microsoft does not reward you for how high your gamerscore is. Achievements mean nothing, especially in the real world. |
