	only problem though is they run different stores so you can get 200g in each but if it is a charge you have to pay.

	@8: I actually think Windows 8 games will share lists between both platforms, hence "Windows 8" will cover that. Right now there is only one version of this game that I have found, with the cover art showing only "Windows" like other W8 releases, and not "Windows Phone" like the current WP7 games. So, maybe is there any danger you could give us the benefit of the doubt when there is very little info available, or are you just going to jump down our throats and act like a douche? I'll gladly change the designation on this if I am wrong, but knowing what I do about the title I have labeled it as such.

	@12: You essentially signed up for this site to attack us, and you'd like me to give you hugs and rainbows? I don't think so. You accused me of something and I defended myself. You have NO idea if what you're saying is right (and admittedly, I am making a best guess with the info at hand), but the difference is I'm willing to admit I may be wrong and will gladly fix the error if that is the case. The new phone released two days ago and this is the first game that seems to be available for it with achievements, but the title will also be coming to the new OS as well. I'm going to label it as W8 and wait to see if the list is shared, or if it stacks, when the other version comes out.

	@pants party they changed the top tiles work on windows phone games it no is the same for windows 8 no idea why but if you take alook they updated some older wp7 titles with it showing the same one so it could be w8 or wp8. MS did state they will not share stores as of now so it could be either verison and if both gets achievements it will be 2 lists (probable the same achievements)

	The new windows phone artwork with the green bar actually says 'Windows Phone' whereas the Windows 8 artwork is either blank or says 'Windows'. Based on this I think Pants is right and it's Windows 8.

There is no evidence that is real or a live release. it could be an IOS emulation for all we know. the facts still remain that this achievement list that has been uploaded to xboxlive is for W8. If this website established these facts before putting any old shit up (loondon in looking at you) We wouldnt have fallen out.

	Gameloft have announced Modern Warfare, Spiderman, Dark Knight etc for new WP8 but because they aren't on that shoddy list of 9 games you've show it means they won't be out? Major Nelson is prone to making mistakes with his releases etc and WP games appear at a days notice so I firmly believe its on WP8 aswell as W8

I didnt link major nelson , i linked xboxlive.com I know youre so far into this you dont want to be wrong. But id put pantspartys limited masculinity on the line and say this IS a w8 release. Iv 3 primary sources to your one secondary source and speculation. ILl say nomore until its proven. Then you can apologies.

	It's the Windows 8 version. It was show in the Games application on late Tuesday, but the link for playing it/go to store was inactive. It was later removed. Also Monster Island was briefly displayed in the Games app last week.

	I've got this (the paid version) on my surface & haven't noticed any achievements unlocking (or the xbox banner that signifies achievements). Will double check tonight but it'd be rather annoying if the achievements unlock on Win 8 but not WinRT?

	I use a combination of both x360a and TA to get my information. X360A does a fine job in playing ball in a variety of aspects just like TA. I don't see the point in flaring arguments over this list; the staff here work extremely hard to keep our hobbies alive, and you're worried about finding out whether or not the title is open to both desktop versus mobile platforms? Ridiculous. Next we'll be expecting achievement guides and roadmaps before the games are even released. Thanks for the list Pants Party.

	This is my understanding of how it works (could be wrong), there's Windows 8 and Windows 8 RT. Phones and lower end tablets(what most people will have) use RT. Windows 8 will play everything (including normal software), RT will only play some of the apps. As of now, RT will not play at least: Taptiles, Minesweeper, Solitaire and Toy Soldiers.

	This is a bit off topic, but on http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/mobile/windows-phone-8-games why is Jetpack Joyride only game with Xbox Windows Phone designation? Others just have Xbox banner. Is this how cross-platform vs stackables will be differentiated? Which means since Cut the Rope on this site has Xbox Windows designation, it may have Xbox Windows Phone stackable version as well?

	@56 I think that is merely a coincidence. Many Windows 8 games mention a feature that will allow you to put down you windows 8 game and pick it up where you left off on Windows Phone 8. Based on this, I would assume that means you only have to purchase those games once and they will only have achievements. Some examples of this are Adera and Jetpakc Joyride, as well as all of the Microsoft title (Solitaire, Minesweeper, etc.)

	@60 The game is for both Windows 8 and Windows Phone (actually I have only ever seen the Xbox version for Windows Phone). It will have the same achievement list anyway (though maybe stackable). To answer your question. You cant earn the achievements yet. Xbox functionality has not been added yet (similar to Fruit Ninja or Rocket Riot). Presumedly, you will be able to keep the full game you have now (somehow) and earn the achievements without paying as was the case with two I just mentioned. Once the update hits however, the full version will likely have a price rag of $5.

	How does it play on PC? The phone version requires multitouch to solve some of those levels. With a mouse that is impossible right?
