	@7 Well because since Windows 8 isn't out just yet, can you have a legit copy? I think I heard somewhere that it leaked.

	There is a windows 8 preview version you can d/l. Not sure if you can play these games/get these achievements from it though.

	@ people asking about beng banned, leaked copies etc. If you have the 'genuine' release view version, the game is there but with no LIVE functionality. If you have the full version, gained by non genuine means, so torrent, leaked version etc, then yes, if the LIVE functionality is there and your gamer tag is linked, expect word fom Microsoft.

	i downloaded what i thought was a trial but everyone online said they couldnt play games through a trial so i guess mine was i just dont wanna get banned for something that was an accident

	windows 8 will now have an Xbox Live Arcade? I wonder what will happen to the other Games for Windows Games!

	@16 Windows 8 will be pushing cross platform functionality. I imagine the old GFWL will remain unchanged but I think you will see a lot more PC games with achievements linked to them.

	are these achievements avaliable yet? i have windows 8 consumer preview on my alienware but i cant figure out all of this stuff, help please!
