| just read the review and it just sealed the deal this game went from a maybe to a hell yes!(like i hoped it would be) good job ! :) hmm collect X will get annoying but the rest look easy enough this will be 1 of the few i 1k and i dont max many..if i get bored i quit playing them.. | Apparently I am the only one who likes collecting things. Especially things that provide backstory. Not to mention, I don't know what the achievements have to do with enjoying the game itself. I wouldn't deny a game purchase over annoying achievements. Anyway, day one purchase. | ||

| I've been looking forward to this game. The X360 needs a good psychological thriller. Condemned's story was weak, Silent Hill and Alone in the Dark just weren't very good, etc. My backlog of games means that it'll be a good chunk of time before I get to playing Alan Wake, but I will play it. | ||

| Looks like 2 playthroughs is the key here, once just to take in the atmosphere of the game without worrying about achievements, and another to collect stuff. To be honest if a game is good enough to make me want to do that they are on to a winner. | ||

| Solid list in my opinion. I have the convenience of having an iPhone (With a collectible guide!) at all times so the collectibles in games are never that big of a deal, unless I decide to go legitimate. | ||

| Someone was worrying this game has QTE's hence the cinematic dodge achievement. I can confirm this achievement nor the game has nothing to do with QTE's apart from few button smash parts. This game makes me proud to be a Finnish geek and after playing the story once I'm sad that I didn't spend couple bucks to have inopened Alan Wake CE on my shelf :P | ||
