I've played this on the computer around the time Guitar Hero 2 came out on Xbox 360.
It's actually quite a fun little game. The faster you strum the faster he runs, then you pull up the guitar (like activating Star Power) to make him jump. To kill enemies you jump at them and strum like hell lol. People will be hooked soon enough.
I wouldn't pay more than 800ms for it though. |

if anyone watches EP Daily on G4 Tech TV, they showed this game during their "sonar" sequence, looks pretty basic and kinda cheesy, but at least they've incorporated the guitar for something more than just music games. |
