| Its funny again to see we judge games by their achievements list and not for the game itself lol. Just Cause 2 is def a great looking game and i just play it because i like sandbox games in general. Remember in the old days we had no achievements and we still loved playing games :) Anyways can,t wait for his one! | ||

| @12 wow... your gonna miss out on alot of great games using that logic, but to each his own. Really looking forward to this game but i'm leaning to actually picking this one up on the PS3. The feature that will allow you to upload videos of crazy or funny stuff to youtube will be nice, and probably used quite a bit seeing as how over the top the stunts have been in the videos for this game. | ||

| Nr. 12 is definitely missing the points of gaming. Playing the game is supposed to be the fun part. That being said, I personally loathe these kinds of achievements. "Kill 100 guys like this", "Kill 1000 guys like that", "Destroy 50 bases like this", "Destroy 100 bases like that". Come one, for the love of god, it's just plain annoying. It's the same with collecting a million flags in Assassin's Creed, killing the entire pigeon population of Liberty City, collect god knows how many orbs in Crackdown. Come on developers, realize it just plain sucks! | ||

| In my opinion I believe that peoples gamerscore has more value if they have completed harder games! High Gamerscore - avatar/Hannah Montana type games = not impressive atall.... I thought achievements were for actually achieving something! On topic, loved the first game, this looks great aswell, definately picking this one up! | ||

| I'm not going to pile on the stupidity and deeply-flwaed logic of #12's post. Instead, I'll say that some of these achievements actually look fun. Granted, the collection ones can be a bit tedious and not very much fun to fulfill, but if the game itself is good, then I don't mind. | ||

| This looks seriously fun with it's grappling hook that tethers and being able t use it in tandem with your redeployable Shute t get around. Fan of the first but got repetitive so looks like they ironed out the niggles. | ||

| @12 So if a game doesn't have a cake-walk 1K it's a rubbish 1K? What about games like Mass Effect, Fallout 3, Lost Odyssey, Forza 3, Street Fighter IV etc? So you only enjoy playing kiddie movie tie-in games that are unfinshed, glitch ridden and only take 5 hours to 1K? You are a sad, sad gamer. The lowest form of whore. Can't wait for this game. The first was fantastic, very underrated IMO. Great to see a list not everyone will 1K, making it more appealing to me. | My only concern about this game is whether or not Avalanche fixed the issues with the first game sufficiently. I enjoyed Just Cause for the most part, but there were some clipping issues, horrid AI, occaisonal screen tearing, and overall was very easy (especially with the auto-aiming dual pistols with INFINITE AMMO). But with the difficulty achievements, this game has potential. In my opinion, more games should at least be given the harder difficulty option. Games are getting too easy these days. Challenges may be tough (as per the name), but you feel much more accomplished after beating a game on EXTRA SUPER BALLS CRAZY HARD than easy. That's my feeling at least. | ||
