Welcome to the month of December, officially the start of the winter. Most of you will be opening up your Advent Calenders on the countdown to Christmas, where we can all relax and get some winter gaming in. Roll on the presents! Anyway, time to begin the introduction. This guy seems to be around the forums as much as me, and still thinks he can score points against me! Anyway, he's always been a good guy and always willing to help out, so make sure you send him a friend request to get some gaming on the go. Anyway, let me introduce......
Lets start by finding out a bit more about the man behind the GamerTag.
My name is Jeff and I'm 23 years old. I'll be turning 24 at the end of January, so be sure to bring presents. I'm a Retail Manager and I'm located in San Francisco, CA. Besides spending half my day at work, I like to come home and just relax with my Xbox 360's.I'm a pretty kick-back person and I like to crack a joke every now and then to break up any tension that's around. It's hard to describe myself, but I'm sure you guys get a feel of how I am when I'm on the Forums.
What is your gaming setup like?
My current setup is a 27" Westinghouse LCD HDTV, along with a 6.1 Surround Sound Insignia Receiver. I can't wait until I move, so I can optimize my Entertainment setup.
What is your favorite game on the 360?
Will I get Flamed On if I say Madden 08?I love the game of Football and I use to play it in High School. I've recently finished my first year of the Franchise Mode. I went 16-0 and that lead me to win the Super Bowl against the New England Patriots! What team do I use? The Niners!If not Madden, then it has to be Forza 2. I'm a HUGE car nut! Just check out my avatar. I love Imports in particular and that's why my tag is Jdm. Want some cool "custom" cars? I got the hook up.
And the game that makes you scream?
Retail Version of Sonic the Hedgehog. Period.I cannot express how much I hate this game. Not only was the Gameplay horrible, but the Achievements were just as bad. I wanted to break the disc and never look back. Now look at that ugly ZERO in my Played Games! Never again, Sonic...never again.
What achievement are you most proud of?
NBA Live 07 - 1000 Players Online.This Achievement means a lot to me. We, as a site banded together along with other sites, to Unlock this prestiges Achievement and I was apart of it.Everyone knew this Achievement would've be impossible to Unlock. When the Achievement Unlocked for me, I stayed for a good 3 hours or so. I wanted everyone to get this One-In-A-Life-Time Achievement.
Which achievement is the next on the hit list for you?
Gears of War - Seriously.This Achievement is pretty straight-forward. It just takes time and dedication. I'm not sure what number of kills I'm currently at, but I hope I can Unlock this Achievement soon.
What was the last thing you downloaded from the Arcade?
Spyglass Board Games.I heard it was an Easy 200, so I decided to download it. Every point counts toward the GSL.
Do you get games mainly for achievements, or for gameplay?
I purchase certain titles because of the Gameplay. If it's for Achievements, GameFly is my problem solver. I do however, own about 80+ Xbox 360 games currently.
Is the 360 your only console currently? Do you have plans for any more?
I own all the "next-gen" consoles and that includes my 5 Xbox 360's. Does that make me a "Fanboy" yet?I also own a PSX, PS2, 2 PSP's, a DS Lite, and a Gamecube.
Whats the next game that you will be getting?
Too many to name.As always, I have more Games than Time to play them.
