So, I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas on how to unlock the other Orbital Frames? Or, will I unlock them while I play the 2nd game?

Your latter statement is correct.
Basically play it again though I would suggest getting the achievements you missed on your second run through to clear those out of the way.
